The Relax the Back Store in Wilmington, DE gave me superior customer service. Nick took his time and educated me on every zero-gravity chair in the store. He was very friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Jakob and Lindsey delivered my new chair, and they were also friendly and knowledgeable. Jakob and Lindsey did not leave my house until they felt I was comfortable with the chair’s operations. My new chair has very much helped to relieve my back pain. I will surely recommend your store 100%. Thank you.

My experience with my local Relax the Back store was very positive. The sales associate who helped me was very courteous and efficient. He very patiently helped me choose a seat cushion that was the perfect fit for me for my new automobile. I had shopped at this store previously, and I am always acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. I highly recommend Relax the Back for their professionalism and the quality of their products.

Have many useful products to choose from. I always find what I need. I bought three different cushions/supports. The salesman Nick was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions on purchasing a chair.

According to Google they were open on Memorial Day. The doors were open so we went into the store. No staff seemed to be there. Then the beeping started and ultimately the alarm went off. We left and called to warn the owner. Left a message on the machine. Never heard back.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The products themselves are excellent; we bought a chair from here over 16 years ago and it is still in near-perfect condition and incredibly comfortable. It had a minor malfunction a few weeks ago, we called the store, they came out and fixed it within 10 mins, no issues since. We decided to purchase a second chair from here last week, and had an exceptional customer service experience. Eric was extraordinarily kind and patient with my elderly, disabled father and went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and compassionately find a chair that suited his specific needs. Due to the nature of my father's condition, he is even letting us keep the floor model to use for now until the chair we ordered arrives in stock. Would recommend 1,000%. And Eric, if you see this, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We've bought 3 chairs and 1 bed from Relax the Back in the past years. We've been very happy with their products and service. Eric has been especially great with service. Two thumbs enthusiastically way up for this business!

The absolute best customer service!!I’ve been a happy customer of Relax the Back for years and last year purchased a lift recliner due to weakness in my legs. I now have 11 spinal compression fractures and depend on that chair 24/7. Well the unthinkable happened and the chair, with me in it and in zero gravity reclined position stopped working! Of course it was a Friday after hours. EMTs rescued me, and the next morning Rebecca and Tom from Relax the Back handled my emergency like I was their Mom. Within 3 hours of my call on Saturday I had a fully functioning chair again! Rebecca drove from Delaware to my home near Ocean City, NJ. Rebecca, your customer service, mechanical, and compassionate skills are amazing! Rebecca, I said you were my angel and I meant it!

Everyone was very professional. I really love my chair and it has helped my back more than anything I have tried. This is my second zero gravity chair but this one has heat and massage which makes a world of difference. A golf friend heard me talking about my new chair and is going to stop by to try it. I feel pretty sure once he tries it he will be very interested in getting one for himself .

We needed to acquire an assist chair on very short notice and were encouraged to come to the Concord Pike store rather than buy outright.. When we promptly showed up, we were offered hospitality and excellent service from Tom, the store manager. He provided the needed information; let us take the time we needed to choose the right chair, and delivered the chair we needed on the same day. He and Eric, his assistant, came after store hours to get the chair set up. They were very careful with tight corners, an old dog, and COVID protections. Professional and friendly. Great teamwork.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! When Covid19 reached our area, I was in need of a high quality office chair due to serious back issues. I made an appointment and went into the store. The Service I received was Superior with respect to the sales person's knowledge, ability to listen and the ability to find the perfect chair. They did not have the chair I wanted in stock, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by letting me take the display chair until my chair arrived. I CANNOT say enough about the Excellent customer service and quality products! We even returned to buy another chair for my husband.
