I went to this location last night the sign in the front says 7 pm is the closing time. While I was in the store and an employee kept fixing the clothing rack behind me I asked if she worked here she said yes and I said can I try this on? She replied no you cannot and we are actually closed I’m looking around like am I crazy or is my phone clock messed up? It’s 6:30 but anyways finalized my transaction and checked out my with my nieces outfit at 6:41. I said to the other employee at the register why was she doing that and her answer was you can ask her I don’t know. Please stop being lazy and rude I understand you are following a schedule and you are dying to go home as your job is soo hard but you guys make a paycheck because us as client support the business?

The store itself is great. Great prices, great stock on everything but the workers are awful. I buy a jacket on 12/31/23 that ended up not fitting. On my receipt it’s specifically says at the bottom anything returned AFTER 1/7/24 will receive store credit only. I go there TODAY 1/7/24 & they are refusing to return my item or give me store credit. The cashier says “the only thing I can do is give you an exchange for the same thing” okay cool you guys don’t have my size so. She couldn’t do it. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the manager claims their system “won’t let them do it” and to go to the new castle store that’s 20 minutes away from me. No I bought it at the kirkwood store, I have my 3 year old son with me who she could see was visibly upset. I am not driving 20 minutes away when the store I bought it at has on the bottom of their receipt TODAYS DATE. I shop there often and usually spend tons of money. Never again. Horrible customer service and can’t even honor their own receipt. Now I’m stuck with a $27.97 piece of clothing that I will never wear because it doesn’t even fit. Do better it’s ashame how many customers you lost because of your poor attitude and not willing to help out with your own policy.

This rainbow is just….horrible. Been in there multiple times and spent a good amount of money. The 2 main two women, who are older, one is the “manager”. She is mean, nasty, with a very short tone…the other is just clueless and spaced out. And how are y’all dressing rooms not open due to “Covid”? That started 3/4 years ago. You can’t keep blaming Covid. If you think people will steal just don’t allow bags inside the fitting rooms, or it is just laziness. I am a shopper and I know you can actually get some great finds out of this long running store local store, but I had a horrible return experience with the mean “manager”. I even purchased more items during my return. Those are the customers you keep not be nasty to. Will never get another dollar out of me!

I was just in the store 10 minutes ago while I was in the store ready to check out an employee was being trained by her manager on how to end the night which is very difficult job to do by the way. When another associate decided she wanted to chime in and complain because the girl is not closing the store right. Then she just started being loud and rude while I’m still in the store, other people still in the store. She’s cussing using the F word, and not listening to her manager trying to calm her down. Totally disrespecting the manager. I tried to help the young lady because she was getting upset. Then I decided I better stay out of it because I’m not trying to get into a fight. I’m surprised that they didn’t start fighting because that associate first name starting with M does not need to be working there. will not be coming into the store again.

Big complaint. My shirt that I bought was $7.99 when I looked at the receipt they put it as $12.99. When I asked why did they put it as $12.99 the lady I spoke to got all mad about it acting like it was my fault. Terrible Experience.

I didn’t like the lady’s attitude and she also threw my bag on the counter smh. My 5 year old even noticed and said “mommy she didnt like you because was she laughing and smiled at the other lady and not us”

I bought a lot of items only to wait for a cashier for while to check me out. Her attitude sucked. What happened to hello or sorry for keeping you waiting.I was so tempted to leave everything. Courtesy goes a long way. Next time I will definitely say something.she was being so rude and pulling the sensors with attitude. Hopefully there aren’t holes in my stuff. Smh

I don’t understand why they haven’t opened there’s fitting room when everywhere else are and then they have some ridiculous policy of not returning some items like bodysuits. Why are they selling them? That’s crazy! I think they have to stop playing with the customers and allow them to try on their clothes.
