Had an absolute ball shopping at the Delaware location near Rt 13 by the Wilmington Greyhound station.The employees were friendly, engaging, & hilarious.As we shopped, we laughed & chatted.Found some great buys so, definitely returning.

At the store 5:04 pm on a Wednesday 11/29/2023 they have sign on door be back in an hour but when did the hour start thats just bad business

The store was clean and organized. We were greeted upon arrival. A great selection of merchandise to chose from, affordable pricing. The in store music was great, until I heard over the intercom, "collect call from inmate".

I tried to do a return my unworn clothing I didn’t even wear and the customer service rep wouldn’t take my items back very rude and I’ll never shop at this rainbow again

Nice clothes but representatives pretty rude. Trying to explain to the cashier of the discount that was not on an item and she rolled her eyes at me and interrupted me and said I know I think she was the manager never coming back to the store again

My first visit here.I've been to quite a few Rainbow Shops and this has to have the nicest retail staff I've encountered. The store was very clean and organized as well.
