I've been trying to get transistor screws and fan clips for my 2970N4 for six months. I've called three times over those six months. I tell them what I need, they say they will get back to me and I don't hear back from them. Why do I bother?

These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. Highly recommend these guys!

Yes - back in the day this place was the best but not anymore, I put in a radio to be serviced, it took 3 years to "Fix" _ when i picked up the radio nothing had been done to it

Incredible knowledge and service!!!This is my first time purchasing a CB radio. They took a great deal of time explaining to me the different types, plugging different models in and demonstrating the technological features, and then asking me questions concerning my possible use scenarios.There was no pressure and a good bit of laughter. ...a relaxed, productive, enjoyable time.Highly recommended!!!

Love talking with these guys. When are in need this is the place to go to. When you have a question they are there to listen to you the customer and help you the best they can over a phone. Not many Mom and Pop type places left, but this is my go-to place. I recently got back on Cb Oct. 2020 Alot has changed since 2004. New radios new technology. Last year I out out a post on a cb radio group on Facebook. I wanted to compare a few radios and see the comments and reviews by the users and operators. I think my choices were the Galaxy 959b President Lincoln II+ Anytone 6666 and the 955hp by Stryker. Well Russ for 2 months talked to me thruessenger and helped me make my decision. I do not buy radios every year . I buy it and use it it til I want something new. Well this radio the President Lincoln II+ was the radio I choose. Dustin did a a great job I get great radios checks all over the place. Like that is the nest sounding Lincoln II+ I ha e ever heard. Well R&R gets a 10 Plus review Always nice and polite
