The service department is not helpful at all. They do not return phone calls, they do not work together. My car sat for 2 days because one tech didn't tell the next it needed a battery to even start it. The other tech blamed another and 2wks later I am still without a car and no LOANER!!

They literally stole my deposit on a car they wouldn't or couldn't deliver. They won't call me back. Do not patronize this dealer.

I am part of a miracle!!! I went to Sheridan Ford on a beautiful day ready to talk serious about buying a new car. I parked right in front of showroom I got out and walked around the car lot I opened doors if the car was unlocked, one car I even laid the seat down. I did this for well over 30 minutes all alone, no sales person around to answer any questions. I then walked in the showroom, looked around with a purposeful bewildered look and still NADA. I had a check in my pocket and not a SINGLE person even talked to me (Well one did as he said hello as we crossed paths and he was talking with his customer). I have questions, I very much am ready to buy but I guess I will be going to another dealer which will hopefully have an eager sales person.I will say I did enjoy not being pounced on the minute I got to the lot, but to let me walk around the lot and into the showroom without offering me help makes no sense. I guess they do not need my sale. Better luck to the next person.

Have used before. Went in yesterday (no one answering phone) at 4 p.m. One car in bay of quick change lane which left shortly after I arrived. I was the only person in line…. Was not acknowledged in a reasonable manner or time, only to be told, “we are pretty much only operating by appointments only”. A shame I drove in from Trolly square area. Need to take down web advertisement that this “quick lane” is available til 7 pm if you are not going to provide said service. Disappointed. Won’t return.

Service after buying my Ised 2016 Ecplorer has been.excellent...Ran into problem.today with repair and was offered rental and got dealer car until mine is repaired.. I am.grateful.to.all.involved

They dont deliver as promised. Have been trying to cancel an extended warranty now for almost a year and keep getting the run around. Go elsewhere.

So far no issues with the tires I purchased. Ken is always courteous which makes you want to return. Nothing can replace good customer service!

I was just looking at new full size broncos on autotrader.com where Sheridan Ford listed one available for $36,000 over MSRP, thats called price gouging and it's illegal. I do not recommend them

I will never buy a fort again especially from this company I have had nothing but problems with the car and also problems with the Parts and repair department. I've been treated with extreme rudeness multiple times Especially from the lady upfront of the service department I will not use her name I also called to discuss the issues that I was having and the manager didn't even have any kindness to call me back.

All amazing things to say about our car buying experience today. I highly recommend working with Nate if you can! He worked with us to explore options based on our needs, preferences, and budget and we left extremely happy customers with a beautiful brand new ride. Great atmosphere as well and all the employees we encountered were personable and nice—Great customer service!

This was an absolute joke of a dealership! I tried to buy a car there & it was the absolute worst experience. First, the original sales price was $350 over the price of the vehicle online. The excuse was that the price wasn't "supposed " to be changed until the next day. They low balled me on the trade in & that required multiple trips to speak with the manager. Then we agreed to an amount, but just b/c I signed a piece of paper, doesn't mean we have agreed on the price. I was a bit surprised at this one since they requested the signature, but par for the course. I had an outside mechanic check out the car. I then got to speak with the GM, who told me he didn't like my deal, wouldn't have agreed to it & regardless of the repairs needed (rear brakes, battery, transmission leak & right differential leak) wasn't going to do anything about it! He was very rude & arrogant. Two days later the car was back in the shop, maybe getting the repairs, the salesman could never give me an answer about that. The lack of communication killed the deal. It can't be that hard to ask a manager a question & relay that to the customer, but it is beyond the limits of this staff! I will never try to deal with these clowns ever again!
