I showed up for a test ride I scheduled a couple weeks in advance and they did not seem all that prepared for my arrival. The gentleman helping me said he'd send me a quote but no email was received. The overall knowledge of the variety of bikes was lacking and he didn't seem all that interested in really figuring out what works best for me

Propel,, did a great job. They gave me a great deal on a remi Demi bike save me about 600 bucks and I love the bike shipped it all the way from New York to Louisiana. No problems. It is fun to ride , about to buy a second one

I live in Ohio and Propel shipped us a cargo bike. Propel's representatives were accommodating and the shipping process was easy even though we were multiple states away.

After watching several Propel videos I went to the Delaware Location, 25 minutes from my home. So many ebikes and just the kind of service I knew I would find. I came back a week later and purchased a Riese & Muller Nevo GT. Thanks to Ari and Matt for making the purchase a wonderful experience!

Amazing customer service! I had some challenges with my electric bike purchase (not to do with Propel) but everyone at this store went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. In particular a huge shoutout to Cat who handled all our correspondence and issues with great care and attention to detail. She made an otherwise challenging process so easy. It makes so much difference when someone clearly cares about their job and the service you are getting. She was incredible and I could not recommend her and Propel Electric Bikes more!

Came from DC area to test bikes here and it was great. Just make sure you schedule before so they can have the correct bikes there. It was great working with propel to get a cargo bike.

I live hundreds of miles away from Propel Electric bikes- so I had to order to ship. The whole process was seamless. From the first phone call to the delivery of my large package of items- the whole staff was remarkable.I had a lot of questions about my e bike and the accessories I was ordering for it. The staff was patient and kind enough to help me answer all of these questions and deliver with ease!I am sorry I don’t live closer to thank them in person.I’m so happy with my e bike and accessories. I purchased an electric cargo bike from Propel in Oct 2020. I live several states away and from start to finish everyone at Propel made the experience entirely enjoyable and easy. Even though I’ve had the bike a couple of years now, if I ever have any questions or concerns I feel so good about contacting them and I know I’ll be taken care of. They’ve made me feel like a part of the family and I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing from them.Pierre Payette is the absolute best bike guy!

I just recently had to seek help from Propel dealing with a problem of my own making and carelessness. I entered a remote service request which was quickly responded to by Roberto. Long story short, Roberto did a terrific job getting me straightened out and the necessary part on the way.Roberto’s response was just the most recent in a line of great customer service from Propel starting with the purchase of my Gazelle C380. Again, long story short, in the middle of the pandemic and the most chaotic time in the bicycle industry I put a call into Propel to purchase the Gazelle. Kyle answered all my questions and I put a deposit down with ship date softly projected for 4 months. During the wait I had more questions and towards the end requests for status updates. Kyle answered all my questions and kept me in the loop.In about 5 months the bike was shipped to me in FL. It was packed better than any other bike I have ever purchased, and at 74 years old I have purchased a lot of bikes. I put it together, charged the battery and was out on the road as happy as I could be. After over 4,000 trouble-free miles I’m still happy as I can be. It is the best bike I have ever owned.So, I can’t say enough about Propel’s role in all of this. They have great people doing a great job, but of course it is the guy on top that sets tone.
