Count your own before going to the register. Lady was rude and off 3 times before she got the total right. Handed her my card. They didn’t take that specific brand so she threw It on the counter and said “we don’t take that”. Absolute poor customer service. If my card was already in your hand, just hand It back to me nicely. The woman working cash register 3/1/24 at 12pm needs to be retrained.

Bad experience today. I try to pay with Amex and this lady who I think is the owner dropped my card on the table.. with a strong accent kept saying we never take Amex and we don’t want to take Amex. She raised her voice and talk back to me many times.

Prices went up in the floral department. I purchased beautiful beefsteak tomatoes, Green Giant russets and a 2 pound bag of fresh green beans very responsible prices. There were a other produce selections well priced but everything was prepackaged in larger quantities which doesn't work for the size of my household. I like fresh produce never big on freezing.

Been going here for a few years and their produce quality has declined. A lot of their prices are still great, particularly if you're buying in bulk, but I don't care how good the prices are if my green beans are covered in white fuzzy spots in two days, and my pineapple is soft and leaking all over the kitchen counter in one.

Fresh, cheap, little bumps and imperfections like most of us. Great spot for all your vegetable and fruit needs. Really wish they would carry the Japanese purple flesh sweet potatoes.

I usually love this place. But recently I got both apples with bad spots and rotten onions . I am disappointed that they charge full price for damaged fruits and vegetables. Be aware. Check them in their bags right away and take them back.

Been going here for 2 years now and its not what it use to be as far as the freshness and quality. Vegetables and fruit can look very pleasing to the senses but once bitten or cut into its moldy and rotten. It bothers me to believe that I have to depart from PJ but the quality is just not the same. Produce JUNK-ion is what it is.

Love all the produce and flowers! Great for in season supplies. Just got hay, apples, sweet potatoes, rustic potatoes, broccoli, and cabbage. Yum!

Liked the variety of veggies available here. My only gripe is most of them are packed in plastic bags and standard weights. It's difficult to go for a smaller quantity and some bags had not so good items, like we picked an apple bag but at home could see a couple of them were not good. Also you receive no customized bill so be good at math at the counter. I recommend this place for some economical buying.
