Hit or miss with level of detail provided. Some days the tailgate is lifted and the inside back glass and door frames are wiped down. Some days they are not. On those days I always ask.

I went to this car wash about five days. I ordered the second best which included almost everything. It seemed like four minutes went passed and they called for owners of the Lexus, I told my husband that was fast. Terrible! 24.95 for nothing. Could’ve done a much better job vacuuming and wiping down the whole truck inside and out. Interior is the same as it was before I got there. Here’s some advice don’t clean windows with same rag you use to wipe down a wet vehicleNever again

Payed 30 bucks for a wash, my wheels looked the same as they did before I went in I payed extra just for them and I had to come home and rewash them. Windows were streaky and they didn’t dry my car properly and there was water spots all over the back of my car. Bad business I would like a refund!

I’ve been here on three occasions after visiting Target across the street (very convenient). Each time the wash has been great and service professional. After reading some of these other reviews, I do think there is some mismatch of expectations about what a $20 wash and vacuum includes. I’ve lived in four states and visited dozens of car washes during that time, and I think this place exceeds the standard. If you want a detail, buy the detail (they offer this). I did see a car that had been detailed and was super impressed. Will be back for this service myself. Otherwise, if you and/or your car is just an average level of messy and you visit a car wash with some regularity, this place will more than serve your needs for a quick and quality wash.

This is the last time I'm coming to this car wash. They don't clean properly and never vacuum correctly, as you can see in the picture. Just save your money and go to another car wash.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Paid Over $30 and I sill have to finish their job.. (what I already paid for)..Customer service is really bad too! I told the one guy who “cleaned” the chocolate that there was still chocolate and he just keep walking away! So I went inside and the lady “who is usually nice” had a stink face when she saw me back in there because the guy had told her that he already cleaned the chocolate and if I needed more, I needed to pay for detail.. there’s dust in my car as well but I was more concerned on getting the chocolate off the cup holder.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

If no Latino is working, service is at its worst!!Paid over $30 and they couldn’t take a chocolate stain off or at least and good wipe off!! For the first time in years I went inside to complain and was told that they had already cleaned the chocolate and if I wanted more I needed to pay for detail.. when you can clearly see it.. This time I am done with them!And no, they were not busy at all..

For the price, I was expecting a little better job. Outside was squeaky clean and all the pollen and sun-baked bird droppings were gone. Excellent job there. Inside they barely dusted off the dash - the cup holders in the middle console were untouched, I had a couple door stains that would have wiped right off, and the steering wheel was very greasy from the product they used to clean it. I'll know for next time to expect an outside clean mainly.

The staff at the car wash were polite and friendly. They did a great job, even got the dog hair (most of it) out. I was very pleased.

Not at all good service they never checked for car clearance and broke things off my car, never coming back here again… and they just acted like nothing not even a sorry just said take your car
