I had an appointment scheduled on Nov. 3rd for shoulder pain and I waited in the waiting room for 1hr 45 min and was never called back. This was very disappointing because when I arrived, there was only one other person in the waiting room. Then people kept piling in and no one was being called back. At one point office staff told me it would only be another 5 minutes, but then 20 minutes passed by and I had to leave for a work meeting. I told the office staff I had to leave for a work meeting and they said OK and refunded my co-pay. They never called me or checked in to apologize or reschedule. Very disorganized and I took 4 hours off work to never even be seen.

Long wait times in the office, long hold times when you call. I think they need more office staff. My mom wanted to ask, just ask, about three separate bone related things and they wanted her to make three separate appointments. Mind you, they are not doing any diagnostic work like an x-ray at the initial appointment. You just ask about the issue, describe it and then they order an x-ray. So they wanted to have three separate appointments for each 3 minute discussion.

Staff is efficient and professional doctor is thorough and to the point . Nurse practitioner is the same way ! I had a great experience there.

Dr. Bass did infusion on my right foot. I feel the surgery was a success. I'm glad I made the right decision get it done. Because without Dr. Bass I would still be walking around with drop foot. I can definitely say Premier Orthopedics is a family of doctors that gives great care and care about their patients. Dr. Bass and all the doctors at Premier Orthopedics is definitely and always will be my dream team.

I am grateful beyond measure. I received an appointment quickly, went into it so nervous and just certain I was looking at surgery for each hand but just wanting the pain and near uselessness of my hands to stop. Well it has. And although each case is unique I believe we all need that sense that we were greeted, heard and helped by the professional who knows what we do not. I got that from the first moment as I shook his hand and he looked me right in the eyes and I can't explain If you don't get it already when I say I knew that he had me. I could just trust and follow directions. I recommend Dr Bash and his assistant unequivocally. Thanks again for giving me my hands back ! GOD Bless and keep you.

I always love my experience with Dr Bash. He has handled my Ganglion Cysts and the ongoing issue with my left foot. He is very specific and tells it like it is. Exactly what you want to hear from your doctor. Always carries a pleasant attitude and the staff is great as well.Thank you Dr Bash!

I had a wonderful experience when I visited Premier Orthopedics for my initial appointment. The staff was friendly and considerate and Dr. McGlynn impressed me during his examination. All in all, a team worth returning to!

The doctor is wonderful he took his time to explain everything that was going on my knee he let me know that my knee is going. I will have him as my doctor my knee doctor he answers to questions he ask you questions he check your x-rays and then he let you know what he wants done I would like for him to give me a date for a check up I appreciate it I want to let everyone know that he’s a wonderful doctor
