We’ve used preferred for 3 years. We’ve had nothing but issues with the IRS. The owner won’t respond to simple requests and has washed his hands of us. He won’t respond to requests for our records. I even sent a certified letter to which I’ve heard nothing. I presented him with evidence that they were still representing me to the IRS after we fired them, again he refuses to respond to any communication even acknowledging it. At this point we may have to take further action to get our records. Client BEWARE.

We used Preferred for 3 years and have had nothing but issues. The owner Ed has completely washed his hands. He will not respond to emails for requests for our records. He has not responded to my certified letter for the same request. I also presented him with evidence that they were representing us to the IRS after I fired them. When we first met with Ed he had a great sales presentation and a good personality, since he first sold us he’s had nothing to do with us. Use caution when dealing with this business. I do not recommend them and unfortunately may have to take further action to get our records.
