I went to this branch to have a wire transfer performed. It was an international transfer that I had to transfer in euros. I had done transfers prior to this at two other branches for PNC. This one just happened to be in a convenient location on my way home from work. The guy doing the wire transfer told me I had to convert the dollars to euros myself and then tell him what amount to put in. I told him that was silly. Because the bank determines the currency exchange. I had done this two other times before and it was not a problem to transfer it in euros. He got annoyed with me and rather than asking a colleague who works there how to do it he told me do you wanna look at my screen and show me how to do it? I said I don’t work here. I don’t know how the other two people did it before. I left. Drove to another branch. Easily had it transferred in euros.

Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan

I came in for notary and I got push away saying that I need this and that. I think maybe because I arrived around 4pm and they're closing at 5pm and didn't wanna be bothered. I had to drive to another branch in Midway Plaza and Juliet was a lot more helpful. She was able to get me notarized without needing additional docs. However, I gotta give kudos to the greeter guy @Limestone, he was nice and such a pleasant.

People beware ! Very rude and unprofessional bank trashy and will keep your personal info . Do not give them anything!! They are unprofessional just leave them with debt so they will go bankrupt soon They cheating on interest. Smiling in the beginning and you'll never get Moratgage or loan. Do not waste your time warn everyone!! God will send all of them to hell ! Raji nair and Patrice dorfman two rude managers and unprofessional that is the level this bank employees!

My local bank. The people are great! However, the ATM is so hard to reach unless you are in an SUV. For people in cars, most have to open the door and hang out to reach the screen.

This is my local branch, but I'll probably go somewhere else in the future. When making a drive through deposit, the teller acted like it was a huge inconvenience to look up my account number. On another visit I had a problem with a foreign currency transaction and they were reluctant to fix it.
