Lousy bank. Accounts show zero balance when there isn't. I almost had a heart attack over it. 888 PNC Bank ph number doesn't connect for me, this has gone on for months, I have to call a local branch. Customer service LIES when they have tech problems. If you have a tech problem with PNC and you finally get a tech person on the phone, they will LIE and tell you it's something on your end. I know, it happened to me and the tech "guy" finally said it was PNC and not me after repeated calls to him.

Very bad service ? I spent an hour and a half waiting for someone to help me to open a new account and at the end of waiting and all in half an hour they tell me that they can't help me. Every time their staff is bad

I was at PNC Bank yesterday & the women SAMMY JO was horrific . Sammy Jo is a " Karen " at its finest . She's a racist and tries to use the rules to hide behind her profiling .. she gave me the most difficult time cashing a lousy 250 dollar check , when she finally verified it & realized she did all of that for no reason , she was so nasty . Told me I could leave and go somewhere else .. I wish I never went in there , it's so sad , it reminds me of one of those situations where if a white person runs a red light they get a chuckle and a warning from the cop , but when a black person runs the light , it's oh well you need the ticket that's the law ... this was the best analogy I could come up with for this situation . She would of never treated me like that if I were white . I didn't even assume racist at first but her rude spirit was just so unwarranted . I've been cashing checks since I was 18 & never had that problem . I guess to Sammy Jo all black people must be scammers . She made me feel like it was 1925 again .

I called this branch to make an appointment to set up a business savings account. The branch manager asked me how much money my company makes per year. WHAT? What does that have to do with opening a savings account? If I was to open a personal savings, would she need to know how much money I make per year??? I took my business elsewhere where intrusive questions were not asked!

Take so long to make an appointment and they don’t even tell you long you have to wait went it at 12.20 came out at 1.30 didn’t even have my appointment since they told they would not have time for me such a waste of time

Well, On 7-12-2022 Tuesday Now I see very clearly why it’s A 2.6 rating.? ?> At 11;00 am the woman Bank tell was Not being Bank Professional the one who operated to the far right. I came in with wrap coins like I have before nothing new. Had her before but, only this time she refuse to feel out my deposit slip even after All my information was pull up. She then tied to a tell me I’ve filled out the deposit slip the other day and i did not..( Their cameras ) can prove that she lie again to tell me that I signed the deposit slip the other day WOW! I have a Disability too my right hand have not been able to use it for multiple months now.SMH at the lies and as well as the treatment I’ve received..I’ve Banking with PNC 25 yrs in…

I think the tellers at this bank are always helpful and nice! I have been coming to this branch for years and have never had any issues. I am have been to other PNC’s and all of them are very nice. I have cashed checks , deposited and exchanged currency at this branch. I am greeted by a very nice guard at the door and the bank employees are very nice always. I have had times where they could not help me with something as would happen at any bank. I don’t think that changes my opinion of them in anyway. They always do their job well and I like coming to this bank.

I brought in my change today and everything was wrapped and I know I had over a 100$ but they came out and brought me 96$ there should not be a fee for bringing change in that's wrapped up just highly unsatisfied and feel like I got ripped off

I was making a deposit and only had my card. So the teller made me write down my account number as she was loud saying it to me. What happen to proper protocall and customer service. Very rude teller and I'll go to another PNC. Where you are appreciate as a customer and receive better attention. Do Not Recommend this Location.

Ok branch. I certainly wouldn't recommend this location at all especially for your business services. It is an inconvenience to use the ATM as it never works properly. See today's pic, got smart and captured it this time. Has been almost a year with consistent ATM issues when doing my business transactions. Disappointment!! Go to the next PNC and save yourself time.
