Customer service skills are not so good at this bank and the man that you see when you first come in the bank is not a help at all and has attitude. Managers are not always present at this office and the workers basically can’t do so much unless a manager is present. They really need to get good people in these banks so that people can feel comfortable with even putting there money in the bank

No sense of urgency with the customers and very unfriendly. One teller clearly not doing any task but yet I had to wait 30 mins to get a card made.

This is by far the worst pnc bank in Delaware.. Horrible customer service. Most Tellers here do not know their own bank policies let alone the Bank manager Grueling you and asking the most awkward questions of why you took out a lotta cash... Ive had many horrible experiences here!!!

The lead teller does not know what she is doing. I don’t understand how she got the positions at all. As soon as I explain what I am coming into the bank for with a different teller they do it. If she don’t understand how to do the job then she shouldn’t be doing the job at all. Today is the fifth times I really don’t understand at all.

PNC is Far and Away the worst bank I have ever done business with and will never do business with them again. In fact I really like the other Banks I do business with. I've been trying to get a rate lock on an equity line for months now and they can't get it together. Not to mention any time I need paperwork from them I have to jump through a million Hoops to get it

Spoke to someone from another state about a complaint from my state of residency. You all claim that the branch workers said I had an expired identification card. This is a false piece of information. My card was valid and not expired. If this is the kind of people you have working for you then I am cancelling my bank account. I do not need dishonest people handling my affairs. Your managers even locked the doors while my child was inside. I was asked for three forms of identification. Why is that? Maybe because of my religion and my race? Learn to respect customers of all races and religions. Otherwise please close your doors to the public.

Apparently these folks think I came here for a week long vacation with nothing better to do. I've been waiting here for close to 15 mins after I was told that a personal banker will attend to me and it seems they believe I plan to retire here or something.

This is another nice Bank but the women they are also acted very snobbish like they're better than I felt insulted
