Came to replace earring backs that had fallen off. Sheila Torres tried to give me ones that were poor quality and did not screw onto my earrings. When I asked for a replacement per the insurance I purchase, she tried to sell me more expensive earrings instead and pay the difference. I refused and she sent me away to deal with it elsewhere. Very poor customer service, Sheila was rude and clearly showed me I was being a bother to her day. Shameful.

Store manager Sheila Torres is absolutely amazing! She’s always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She’s an excellent sales manager who draws customers in with her charisma and charm. She has excellent communication skills, excellent time management to cater to all her customers. She definitely deserves a bonus! She’s always flexible and adaptable to ensure she caters to everyone. Please promote Sheila with an increased salary! These days it’s difficult to find reliable, friendly, knowledgeable staff so please make sure you retain Sheila!
