Also the staff and the Pharmacist on daytime (the Pharmacy Manager), is the most helpful Pharmacist I have every encountered. All of the staff in this store are so helpful, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain any question that I may have. I only go to this Pharmacy/Drug store now.”

“The people who work in the Walgreens pharmacy are great. I had to take my 85 yr old mother there because the Walgreens on Faulkland Road said she didn't have updated insurance cards and told her it would be $500. She has insurance but had not received the new cards for 2024. She left the the Faulkland Road Walgreens upset and with no meds. I took her to The Walgreens on Kirkwood Highway (by BJs) and they were helpful, they were patient with my mother and they filled her 2 out of 3 prescriptions for $6.00. They understood that she didn't have the updated insurance card but she had her ID and everything else. The inhaler that was prescribed by the Urgent Care doctor was the expense ($293.00), the pharmacist recommended that my mom call her primary doctor to see if she really needed it, since the Urgent Care doctor prescribed it. I want to thank the pharmacy staff for their kindness to my mother.”

Their automated refill service is excellent and I never have to worry about refills because when I run out of a prescription, they will fax my Doctor on time to have it filled. Their store is stocked well also.”

They have covered me when I need 1 or 2 pills while waiting for my provider to send the refill script over. They also provide vaccines. Only challenge is they are getting more popular so they need to get some more help to handle the volume. Love our Giant pharmacy.”
