I just went shopping in Manhattan, New York, before Christmas, but it was always hard to find clothes that I liked. A friend in Wilmington introduced this clothing store.The store is not big, but I like the style of clothing. The gold dress is the right size and costs $499. Another garment had a great design but was too small.

This past Friday afternoon I went in to find a couple gifts for my mother with my father. There were three lady’s working, and one other person in the store. The younger lady said hello however, not one of them asked us if we needed help. Every time I shop at this boutique, there is inconsistency with customer service. On occasion there are friendly faces willing to help, but the past couple times I have shopped, the workers were standoffish and uninterested in providing customer service. I love the merchandise, but when shopping at a high end boutique I would expect high end service.

Came across this site while scouring the internet for weeks looking for a specific sold out colorway of birks in my size. I had never heard of the store but after reading other reviews I figured I would risk it and order them. Shipped fast and exactly the color and size I was looking for! Would definitely order from them again!

My first experience at Peter Kate about 7 months ago was fabulous! An older salesperson was super friendly. ( I bought $1000 + in merchandise and told my bestie to check it out.) Last month I visited again and neither sales person there gave me the time of day. Not even a hello. I was one of 2 customers in the shop. I walked out. Unbeknownst to me, my bestie stopped in the store for the first time this past week and she had the same ice cold experience. There was only one other customer in the shop and two salespeople. She bought $600 worth of merchandise and neither sales person was friendly. We will never return.

Peter Kate is my favorite place to go to find the perfect…anything really! From a cute outfit for a special night on the town, the exact pair of shoes you need, a comfy cashmere sweater, or an amazing hostess gift, they have it all. Peter Kate is the go-to place for fashion in the area. They always carry a great selection of clothing items, shoes, jewelry, bags and other accessories, as well as gift items. They remain current by always introducing emerging new brands as they come up. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. I strongly recommend this store.
