“This dog wash is an absolute delight. My girls and I were treated so warmly. Everything I could need was handed to me. I anticipated that bringing my two dogs at the same time would be tedious and potentially challenging but NO! I had such a pleasant experience! The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and patient. Prices are absolutely great. You cannot go wrong with this place. I most certainly see myself becoming a regular here. “Super helpful staff. My dog had an upset stomach and the vet recommended some food/diet supplements and modifications. I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend”

“I’ve taken my dog Tink to Paige for a few years now and will not take her anywhere else. Paige is an incredible groomer and my tink always looks perfect. Tink also used to have a fear of getting groomed which is no longer a problem and she walks in to get groomed with no issues. I’m always happy with my experience.”
“I travel 30 mins to got to the Kirwood Highway in Delaware store because of the great customer srvice I receive there. John has been a tremendous help to me since I am a new dog owner. He goes out of way to always try and help me. I will not be patronizing any other store because of John and his committment to customer satisfaction. Ialso signed up for the dog training sessions held weekly. Anne also has provided me with the help and education needed for a new dog owner.”
“Always loved this place. Lived on Harrow. Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”
