Terrible experience! The flooring they sold to me and installed in my place of business is popping up everywhere. The adhesive that was sold was expired and no good, yet they wash their hands of the situation and have no interest in making it right. I've called and left messages with people, but no return phone call 3 weeks later. Very overpriced for materials and for work. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.EDIT TO RESPOND: Wrong again. I would never post false information. The pictures are from the first time that the flooring was installed, by YOU! You were notified by both me and the designer and did nothing about it. There was never a water leak. A fire in the space above on June 3rd resulted in water damage to the original floor installed in March by your company. The damaged floor was removed and reordered, but installed by another company. That company has picture proof of the expired glue. You were notified yet again on October 5 of the entire saga, yet chose not to do anything about it. Why not come to the business and take a look and make things right? Why not a return call? You had ample time to do that before I posted this review. Oh, and the designer disappeared! I called, texted, and emailed her about this. She also did nothing. My review stands.Service: Install flooring

We had looked around for flooring and fortunately tried Pala. The staff are professional and personable. Their rates are extremely competitive for a quality product. Palas did my flooring , tile and carpet. Excellent service. I get so many compliments on my hard wood floor . The tile in my kitchen is amazing. I wanted a 1950s style kitchen and I got more than I could ever imagine. Very talented. Awesome prices too! Nicole was my rep. She was patient with me as I changing my mind constantly! We ordered flooring for our new office a month before install. Found out the day before floors were to be put down that they didn't have our flooring. Pala completely dropped the ball.
