I have been a member for about five years, and I love OTF Pike Creek. All of the staff is super helpful and encouraging. This is one of the only workouts where I continually push myself. I would never do half these things if I went to big box gym (nor would I have someone watching my form and correcting me as needed). It is pricey, but 100% worth it and the late cancel/no show fee makes me never want to miss a class! Holds me accountable for my own workout!

I love everything about it. I was very skeptical to join as I had been out of shape for a long time. Since day one I have had amazing experience. All the coaches are really encouraging and helpful. They do not set up aggressive goals but let you each into it slowly. But do push you in right way and make it fun. Every class had different set of workouts. Additionally, they have some benchmark challenges making it more fun and interesting. I have only taken class or two with some of the coaches and they all have been good. However coach Risa and coach Mel at Pikecreekin Wilmington, Delaware are amazing and I absolutely love both and way they teach each class. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks,Nisha

The coaches and the staff are very engaging and friendly. The 5am coaching staff is amazing. The classes change frequently enough to not feel repetitive and the workouts are very effective and the coaches always challenge you to do your best. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this OTF location for over two years now and they have the best staff and coaches of any location I've been to. The coaches put a lot of energy and personality into the workouts and aren't afraid to provide helpful feedback when I'm not using proper form. They are very helpful when I have questions and have experience so they know what they are talking about. They do fun extra stuff to get us motivated to get in the gym which is great and keeps things from getting too routine. Most OTF locations have very clean bathrooms but this Pike Creek locations bathrooms are always spotless. I've been to more than 20 OTF locations and this one is the best one in my experience. Of the 150+ classes I've been to everyone wipes down their equipment before rotating 100% of the time.

I just joined OTF a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing and the workouts are super challenging but still able to take everything at your own pace!

OTF helped me reach so many of my fitness and overall health goals. The coaches and staff are welcoming and help you adapt movements depending on where you are in your own journey, and you will meet some of the most encouraging members along the way ?

Great 60 minute, full body workout! Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. If you make the most of your membership- the cost is worth it. Extra fees for missing classes holds you accountable. Highly recommend!

It’s definitely not for beginners. Definitely not a personal coach/instructor for your first introductory. She said you can come back with me so we can go over the machines. I’m gonna make it real quick because the class starts at 12 and everybody will be coming in. She said it’s a full hour work out and I can’t believe no stretching occurred first. I was there 30 minutes before class began like I was told, not sure why she rushed through explaining. This was my first visit and was told I would have a coach guiding me. After those quick instructions class began. I started on the rowing machine like she told me and couldn’t get my feet out. I literally had to take my feet out of the sneakers because it wouldn’t come out. All this time everyone done moved to the floor per her instructions. No one assisted me because it was only one coach directing the class. I felt very unsafe and pain occurred in my knee and leg so I walked out.I don’t understand how they were going to rotate from rowing machine/treadmill and not even wiping them down between people.I was told that would not occur. She told me what treadmill to get on when we are done the floor but there was someone on there and went straight to the floor, no wiping the sweat off. Very unsanitary. They need someone giving new people instructions separate from the class. I’m just glad I took the free class to witness what was happening and have that bad experience and did not sign up and lose money.I will keep looking.

One of the coaches is not so professional and should not do his work in such a way. He walks into the gym and during that one hour work-out looking like mad and unreachable all the time! During the first class with him, upon finishing the treadmill section, he handed out wipes but ignored me when my hand was out to him. When he finished giving the wipes to everyone else, he came back to me and asked me to stopped the treadmill completely (I was walking at 3 mph) otherwise no wipes from him. It was their safety rule. It was the first time I heard about this rule and I had been to the gym couple times before. All right, rule is rule. did what he asked me to. At the moment, I was unhappy because he didn’t have to embarrass me in front of the whole group of people and tell me the rule that I heard of for the first time. I’d like not to have class with him any more, but unfortunately the location only had classes with him after 5 pm and that’s the time I usually get off work. Ever since, I had one or two more classes with him, and followed the rule strictly (stopped the treadmill completely before getting off it). Two weeks later, I got an email from OTF pike creek complaining about I was not following their safety procedures. Till this point, I felt there was no reason for me to pay $109 per month to be treated like this by a gym, and I cancelled my membership. Funny thing is they will still charge me for next billing cycle, which is for the month of May-June, and now is April. Speechless!

One of the coaches was not as friendly. When he was talking through the microphone, it was diffcult to understand. At the moment of finishing up the treadmill section, he handed out disinfective wipes, but he didn't hand it to me when my hand was out to him. After he gave the wipes to everybody else, he told me I had to stop my treadmill first. ok, then I stopped my treadmill and got my wipes, though it was the first time I heard about it. At the end of the class, he poked my shoulder to get my attention and explained "stopping the treadmill is the rule", "Got it, thank you". This was all the converstation we had. Then in next class with him, I followed the rule. Then a week later, I got an email from the orangetheory team, complaining about I haveb't been following the safety procedures. Excuse me! The coach embrassed me first not giving me a wipe when everyone got one, and then I did what he told me to do thereafter. I ended up cancelling my membership with the orangetheory pike creek. Good luck everyone else with the coach!

Motivating, friendly and awesome coaches and staff. The workouts are a great mix between cardio and strength training. The sales associates are amazing. The process to register for the first workout was so easy! The atmosphere is probably one of the best to workout! I would recommend it to everyone. One of the things I love the most about OTF is that you have access to your results during and immediately after the workout, the technology helps you to get maximum result.
