At 60 years old, I'm in the best shape ever since joining OTF two years ago. To date, I've taken 386 classes.I love that you are constantly switching it up as the exercise templates are always changing. We have great coaches at the Talleyville studio and those who work the front desk are always very friendly.OTF is my mental medicine that keeps me both mentally and physically strong. Thank you OTF!

Love this location and love the coaches! Coach Siobhan is especially great, I feel like I’m in a dance party every time I attend one of her classes. She’s so focused on pushing each, and every person that attends and making sure you crush whatever goal you set for yourself that day. Coach Brian is amazing too! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

OTF TV is the best!! Every coach is phenomenal, and I love that I don’t have to choose class times based on who’s coaching. I still go here even though I live much further away now. Love y’all!

OrangeTheory is the best part of my day! The coaches and staff are the best around. They make everyone feel welcome and part of the OT family. I’ve been to other studios and Talleyville is spacious and has the best floor plan I’ve seen.

This has to be one of the best Orange theory’s around! The coaches are all rockstars, and they show up for you even when you find it hard to show up for yourself. The facility is always clean, the right temperature, and the staff is welcoming. The sense of community everyone exudes inspires me daily to keep pushing myself, and really what more could you ask for? 120% recommend

This studio is amazing…..from the friendly front desk faces, to the energetic coaches. You can a great workout in and the music is always on point. The heart rate tracker and metrics are great to see your progress. I love that the coaches try and get to know all of the members and always offer variations for each exercise.

I have been an OTF member since 2019.Talleyville coaches and staff make you feel like family. I love starting off my days with the 6:15am classes, the workouts and music are so fun that 60 minutes is over in a blink. I’ve been a member here since it opened 6 years ago and have rarely missed a class. The coaches make every workout fun but also make sure we are working hard. I would have thought after 6 years the workouts would get repetitive but they don’t. New exercises are always popping up as well as specialty workouts. I love that I can get strength and cardio in one hour and that I don’t have to put together a workout on my own. I just show up, do what the coaches tell me, give it my best effort and then a little more. Best workout with the best coaches!
