The products themselves are excellent; we bought a chair from here over 16 years ago and it is still in near-perfect condition and incredibly comfortable. It had a minor malfunction a few weeks ago, we called the store, they came out and fixed it within 10 mins, no issues since. We decided to purchase a second chair from here last week, and had an exceptional customer service experience. Eric was extraordinarily kind and patient with my elderly, disabled father and went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and compassionately find a chair that suited his specific needs. Due to the nature of my father's condition, he is even letting us keep the floor model to use for now until the chair we ordered arrives in stock. Would recommend 1,000%.
