Ignore any bad reviews, Rita is amazing and fair. I have used Neighborhood Mailbox for a few years and it was amazing. She works very hard for all her customers, and pricing is cheaper than UPS. Also, you are supporting a local business owner.

This place is a terrible. I wouldnt send anything here or use the services. The staples guys are much nicer and warmer. Shame there isnt anything below 1 star.

The owner of this business is a bad person. She verbally attacked the mother of a deceased decorated Wilmington police officer saying she received karma. She also has been heard using the N word. I hope you'll agree this is not a person that you would wish to financially support.

I have sent multiple packages through Neighborhood Mailbox and had excellent experiences every time - Rita genuinely cares about her customers' satisfaction and makes the whole process so much easier than dealing with any of the shipping companies or the USPS. Obviously the negative reviews are from people who just have an axe to grind with those of us who don't put up with bad behavior.

I've always had the best experiences mailing my packages here. Rita makes shipping my products anywhere so much easier! She knows me and my husband by name and always greets us with a smile!
