The police and the area is tired of getting harassed by Rita! The next town meeting this needs to be addressed. The level of unprofessionalism is through the roof and I can’t see why anyone still does business with her.

The owner of this place was rude on the phone and then hung up on me. There are plenty of notaries who treat customers and potential customers correctly. I looked at her reviews here, and I see I wasn't alone in being treated poorly. Use someone else. ANYONE else.

Horrible person. That's all I can say. Wished my mother that is very ill dead in a 2 page letter taped to my door the day after my wedding. I still have it and so do police. By the way we never sent you Invitation because nobody in our family likes you. My mother ONLY felt bad for you because everyone in your family turned back to you for good reasons. Actually nobody in your own family likes you. That's why nobody speaks to you. So you try to get involved in other peoples lives. Also has said numerous things about me and my family for renting to people of color too.

This woman is disrespectful to everyone in the community. She has disrespected my sister which Is the mail carrier that comes to her place of business. Even the cops know exactly who she is, they had nothing good to say about her. If you want a honest review on this woman, talk to a local police officer in that area. People like her need prayers. She has a real mental illness and plays like she is the victim. Please do business elsewhere!

I came here looking to get a single document notarized. I parked along a residential street and walked a short bit to get there. The owner's greeting was warm and inviting when I walked into her office. We engaged in some small talk and somehow my military service was brought up and she let me know that she does not charge Veterans as a thank you for their service. Rita, you're the best and thank you for your service to your community!

If you are looking for a mailbox rental in Delaware, be sure to use someone else. You are not short of options. This is speaking as someone who used Neighborhood Mailbox for 3 years and couldn't take Rita's pathetic attitude towards customer service any longer. The reviews here speak for themselves and if you ignore them, then you get what you deserve.I attached an example of correspondence between Rita and a "valued customer" of 3 years who needed some basic assistance finding out what companies didn't have our mailing address correct such that Rita refused to accept any mail that omitted our suite number. Rita thinks this is acceptable customer service. Hence her horrific Google rating... which she tries to manipulate by threatening a reciprocal negative review.Bear in mind, this former Kindergarten teachers' clients of her mailbox rental services are all business owners. And she thinks this is acceptable behavior. Fascinating eh? Vote with your dollar :)
