My first time here. The salon is very clean, smells great, the decor is wonderful with the soft lighting making it easier to relax. All of the staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the nail tech. There’s no long and loud unfamiliar conversations between the staff. It’s just a peaceful environment. The music was tasteful for all ages. I had conversations with Kathy about it being my birthday tomorrow and I haven’t gotten my nails done in years. Kathy did a wonderful job on my nails. And with 4 daughters, I definitely will be back. I just moved here from Philly and I’m glad to find a nail salon I can trust. Thank you for the experience.

Natural nail studio does it again. This place pays such attention to detail and truly truly cares about the health of your nails. The manager Amy is an absolute sweetheart, always making sure everyone is comfortable and is getting everything that they need. Thank you so much to the team at natural nail studio. I LOVE this place. No crazy chemical smell and the staff is courteous, professional and I always leave happy with my nails. Got a gel mani and pedi. Took a little over 1 hour. Total was $85. Super happy with my experience and the results!!

I went in last week for a gel manicure and the tech doing my nails rushed through it. She started by pushing back my cuticles DRY, and I had to ask her if she wanted to soak them first because she was hurting me...and the bowl was right next to her. Okay, problem solved, but then she proceeded to give me the worst manicure of my life.She wasn't very friendly, she was rough with my hands, she never asked me to wash my hands nor did she apply acetone to the nails before the polish so of course my gel mani is coming off after just 4 days. GREAT, that's what I wanted after spending $35. -_- I can do it better at home!Also, she was rough when putting my hands in the LED light and I kept knocking them on the table and I didn't want to ruin them! But it was fine in the end. I didn't say anything because I don't like to complain but now that I see my nails are horrible and coming apart I am very upset.I'm frustrated because before writing this I reached out to the salon via email two days ago but got no response so I guess I just have to eat this one and not go back. Going to just be doing my own nails from now on.I should add it is probably my particular nail tech, I am sure if you get a good one this wouldn't happen.

Hours after getting GEL-X nails one of the nails came off. Not doing anything unusual. I understand things happen, what was most upsetting was how the salon handled the situation after calling to let them know this happened just a few hours after getting the service. Unapologetic.Unfriendly employees, spent a lot of money to get nails that only lasted 3 hours. Don’t waste your time or money.

I very rarely get my nails done but I had heard good things about this place so when a friend needed a recommendation I told her we could both try this place out. She got a gel manicure and me a normal pedicure. It was relaxing, everyone we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable AND it didn't smell like a nail salon!!! I have been having troubles sensitivities, dermititis and allergies and I was worried that this visit could set them off but it didn't. I highly recommend Natural Nail Studio and lucky for me it's so close to home.

Natural Nail Studio is very knowledgeable about manicure without ingrown toenails within a week of your manicure. All my manicures there. Been going since they opened and quality has always been on point Very nice job and I love the setting. Glad to have finally found one that is clean, professional, comfortable and available.

I recently visited Natural Nail and had the pleasure of being attended to by Kathy for a Dipping service. I have to say that my experience was exceptional and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Overall, I would highly recommend Kathy and Natural Nail for anyone looking for high-quality nail services. Kathy's expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and the salon's relaxing atmosphere makes for a truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning for future services.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Natural Nail and receiving a liquid gel service from Dan. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the service and Dan's expertise.The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, with a relaxing ambiance that made my visit all the more enjoyable. I appreciate the level of care and attention that the staff at Natural Nail put into their work, and I would highly recommend Dan and the salon to anyone looking for high-quality nail services.

I've been coming here every now and again for a few years now and the consistency is always there! It's doesn't matter who I have , it's a great service every time. Recently, I have had Kim who's always great. Their spa pedicures are unlike anything I've ever had from a nail salon. They put time and high quality oils, lotions and ingredients into the service You also receive a hot herbal neck wrap as well as multiple massages with scrubs and lotion/oils. The hot stone treatment at the end with the paraffin wax just seals the deal for me. It's a perfect service for wintertime and a full hour long. The salon is always clean and odor free. Give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Before I discuss the cons I want to address the pros which is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. The spa is beautiful. Between the wine, the aromatics and attention to detail by the staff it just has always been a pleasant and relaxing experience. Beautiful nail work and pedicures. In that department I have never left unhappy. cons: I have read the responses from the salon and my goodness they don't hold any accountability and consistently blame any negative review on the customer! you can't reschedule EVER without being penalized or lectured about how it's an inconvenience and now you need to pay deposits to secure your appointments REGARDLESS if you cancel days in advance. basically if you wanna come back here either walk in and wait for ??? for someone to be with you or pay to secure an appointment that shouldn't require a deposit in the first place if i'm cancelling DAYS in advance! How does me giving ample notice inconvenience you in anyway? I have never felt welcome. I feel judged and treated poorly.

I have been going to Natural Nails for about a year now. They always take their time while managing to keep appointments efficient. Before going to Natural Nails my gel manicures from other salons would last me 2-2.5 weeks. Since going to Natural Nails, they last me about 4 weeks every single time without chipping or peeling. I appreciate the effort each employee makes in making sure I am satisfied before I leave. Great work, great quality, great customer service! Highly recommend!Services: Nail art

This was my second visit to Natural Nail Studio and both have been good experiences. My first was three weeks ago and I had a gel manicure done which has been holding up great. I went back today and Dorrina did the gel manicure, suggesting a color out of the ones I looked at and it looks beautiful. She did a lovely job and even my husband mentioned that my nails looked like they had been done by real artisan. I am very happy and will continue having my nails done here. Leslie A.

I was able to get a last minute appointment in on a Friday night. I didn't have to wait long at all before the service started. I hadn't been to the salon in a few months, and Dorrina did an AMAZING job. She gave a thorough and relaxing pedicure, and made some amazing suggestions to make my manicure even better. She made sure I was comfortable with every step, which I appreciated. Will definitely be making this my regular nail salon.Services: Manicure

First time here, I was excited to try a new salon with great reviews. I had booked an appointment for 10am, went inside two minutes before (with a few other customers) , it felt like there was confusion between the techs on what was going on.I went to the station, I was only there to get gel taken off and a new color of gel on.Felt a little rushed to me and my thumb nail has a lump on it and looks filed on the sides.I understand if your business is busy, but that isn't the customer's fault, especially if they booked an appointment at a time that was available.Service: Gel manicures
