David Webster is highly recommended!!!! Over the years purchased, Oven, Stove, Ref, and 2 dishwashers. Very content with all purchases thusfar. David is highly knowledgeable and excellent in the client service arena.

My experience from start to finish with Marshall Ball in the Wilmington location was seamless and a pleasure . He placed my order explained that they could hold the appliances as having a kitchen Reno . When I needed delivery they were quick and very careful . Finally today I spoke to Marshall and he took care of my rebates . I will definitely go to national appliance again !

Marshall went beyond my expectations for help with shopping for a new oven. Our issue was our old oven was a downdraft, and with only 2 options to continue with downdraft, neither worked for our situation. So Marshall worked patiently and honestly with me to find a solution. He answered my many phone calls with questions, even on his day off. He is the truly the proof that professionalism and service still exists today. I will definitely shop with Marshall in the future for any needs and refer him to others. Thank you, Marshall.

This has to be one of the worse cstmr service experiences I’ve ever encountered. They are very pushy for sales and I asked for a quote which they gave me, then I went to BIG CENTRIC (10 mins away) and receive a lower quote, they went ahead and matched their price. The problem I have with this business practice is why didn’t u give me ur best price initially rather than matching a competitor once give a cheaper quote. This bugs me and ultimately I went to Big Centic to purchase my kitchen appliances. Do ur self a favor and go straight Big Centric for any appliances. Thank me later !!!

NAW - National Appliance Warehouse refused to take back the unopened mini refrigerator that I purchased. They are claiming that GE will not let them do this. The NAW sales rep claims that this was the product that I ordered. It is not. I tried to communicate with GE - only CHAT was available & they wanted too much personal info.
I may try to talk to the NAW manager but, I doubt if it will help. Also, NAW will not provide me with the contact info for their CEO, Mark Stomachin.
Looks like I am stuck with a mini refrigerator product that I do not want from an organization that I would highly recommend NOT using.
Don't know if or how long it would take to sell it. Not sure what to do.

We had, without a doubt, the best sales experience of our lives at this store. We were purchasing appliances for a kitchen renovation, and our salesperson, Angela, was helpful and informative without being pushy. She was sensitive to our needs and honest about the virtues of the different appliances, particularly in terms of what we did and didn't need in the context of our shopping experience. The delivery experience, also, was perfect -- they worked with our contractor to deliver the appliances exactly when needed, and the deliverymen were courteous and accommodating. Well done, National Appliance Warehouse!

The products are fine and the pricing competitive. The installation is less than stellar. The charges for a return when the washer dryer could not get thru the doorway are excessive..upon return with a smaller washer and dryer the installation team left the unit 5” away from the wall; half way into the doorway in an already tight space. Really disappointed with the slap dash work they do. Less than a week after the dishwasher was installed it stopped working due to the installation set up per my appliance contractor. I would not deal with this company again. Very very dissatisfied once appliances are installed.
