Where do I even begin to start with so I had a little situation and when I tell you that Lisa and Mr. Modica Handled my issue with such a care. They are such genuine and caring people, and I never even have met them. This was all handled over the phone people like this are hard to come by. After one conversation and providing my information I received another call from Mr. Modica's receptionist. After that, I contacted them several times, and after talking to his receptionist on the phone, I got no response from Mr. Modica. It was minimal communication at first and then all communication stopped.

Like so many others here, I find this man reprehensible, rude, and in the business of trying to free domestic and child abusers…pretty unsuccessfully, as it turns out. He loves to take your money, watch you go to prison and laugh at your stupidity all the way to the bank. I should give him five stars, as he certainly helped in the outcome I wanted, which was my abuser sent to prison for years. But if you need a lawyer to actually defend you, look elsewhere…or enjoy your new living arrangements in the Delaware DOC.

This "man" takes peoples money and represents women beaters. So if you like to beat on women he's your guy. I would give negative stars if I could. I tried to contact him to get him to talk to his client (my ex) who broke our no contact order 4748474 times, so he could talk some sense into him. Instead he emailed me back getting rude with me. Therefore, my ex will now be in jail because this "man" only wants your money. If he actually cared about anything other than money he wouldn't have been so rude. So again, if you like to beat on, strangle, and assault women with deadly weapons and want probation instead of jail time: hire this guy. He will gladly take your money.

When I was 19 Mr. Modica got me out of a pretty serious assault charge. It was a very stressful time for me considering my military career was at stake. Not only were all my charges dropped (my co defendant wasn’t so lucky with a Public defender) it took him about 5 minutes to get them dropped. He might be the best Lawyer in the tristate area.
