Vince was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted, I was very pleased and he did 2 new phones plus names and activation in under 30 minutes and even help me pick out a phone from the brand love. Please go to him, my experience with the owner was about an hour long nightmare, but i'm glad I returned to see Vince. he knows his stuff. Thanks Vince.

Purchased a new phone and phone case almost 3 weeks ago. I was told to come in to pick up my phone case the very next day guess what 3 weeks later still no phone case. And nobody never answers the phone

I was very impressed with Metro service they was courteous I describe what I was looking for on the phone and the lady that day called me the perfect phone I told her I needed a cover for my phone and a case told me to sit down and give her a minute and she hook my phone up for me show me how to put the security code on. I've been happy with this service ever since and every time I have a problem with my phone I go there they take care of me. So when someone asked me about where to get a good phone from I direct them to Metro you won't be disappointed.

I had a very accommodating and pleasant experience at this Metro Store! I lost my phone and I was in a panic. They fixed me right up!! The team was so relatable and they knew their products. I can't tell you how important it is for me as a consumer to deal with a business that has knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this store and location.
