It's STILL a dilapidated shopping center, but word has it that the owner plans on revitalizing it.Seeing is believing, however.BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT!!!! This property has been having issues with the PARKING LOT LIGHTS for AWHILE now! ⚠️ ?

Why would they not have a phone contact why are they avoiding being able to follow up on?In addition it has no building number I'm only a merchant square Wilmington Delaware 19805 address call the mobile unit that in 3 years if you have a die from a vaccine you won't know how to legally your family it's just horrible!!!
