Why would they not have a phone contact why are they avoiding being able to follow up on?In addition it has no building number I'm only a merchant square Wilmington Delaware 19805 address call the mobile unit that in 3 years if you have a die from a vaccine you won't know how to legally your family it's just horrible!!!
