I tried a mattress for 30 days. I developed back and neck problems. I came in 1 day before 30 days was over. A sales assistant offered me a beauty sleeper mattress and box spring fir 49 more than the adjustable mattress I had purchased. With a 10 year warranty ( view video at store). Christine said if I returned the next day with 140.00 dollars approx. I could have it delivered and return my adjustable bed on the date I so appropriate. I arrived at the store before it opened to .The sales lady has changed. Christine left my bill of sale with her. So she tried to enter the information with the quoted amounts and couldn't enter. She called my original sales associate Lawrence and he informed her that because it was and adjustable mattress without boxstring I couldn't make the exchange because it was a floor model withoutwarranty. I had a mattress store credit if 560.00the day before Christine said I would have a10 yearwarranty).I took pictures of the mattress sales price. I when I purchased adjustable mattress I gave them a mattress and box spring queen mattress. After speaking to Lawrence and his boss Tim. They informed me I in know way can get the deal that Christine quoted on camera the day before because it was a floor model without warranty and she would be fired fir offering such a transaction. I the customer took off work only to find out they would not take back the original mattress and let me purchase the quoted mattress and box spring offer from the day before by Christine. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I'll take my business elsewhere. I need to be valued as a customer. My money spends only where I fill appreciated as a customer. Any problemsthey had with the dealChristine made with me should have been honored. The reprimand of Christine should nevertheless had anything to do with me.I was really upset because I work 7 days a week and I there job is to make sure I was a satisfied customer

Had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse with Willie Thomas (Manager). Great service, fantastic price, friendly, flexible with delivery. We just moved to the state and Willie also sat and told us some cool trivia about Delaware and made us feel real welcome. Highly recommended.

Willie was very nice and attentive to what we were looking for. He helped us find a great mattress and pillows. He gave us instructions on how to dispose of our old mattress or have them come to pick up our old mattress. Overall is was a great experience.

Love Willie Thomas, he works with you to get the best price, The store is fully stocked with mattresses and if theres something you dont see they get it for you, I shopped around and got the best price and went back to see Willie and he still beat rhe price by $100. This is my scond time buying from Mattresswarehouse and Willie. Would highly recommend this store on Kirkwood highway. Very pleased with Willie's services.

My sales representative Ray greeted me when I came into the store and asked how he can help me. I said I was interested in purchasing a new bed. Mattress warehouse has an interesting mattress that you lay down on and after answering a few questions the system generates suggestions that best suits you.After trying five different mattresses I choose the one that felt the most comfortable to me. Cudos to Ray for showing me everything Mattress Warehouse has to offer. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you interested in purchasing a new bed.
