My wife & I visited a Mattress Warehouse (MW) store in Wilmington, DE on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. We deeply appreciated MW (5600 Concord Pike) Manager Tiffany’s professionalism. She patiently answered our questions and explained distinctions among the various mattresses that we sampled. Her knowledge of the products was in-depth. We purchased a mattress today and feel positive about the experience; primarily b/c of Tiffany.

Buyer Beware. I spent over 2.5k on a fancy very firm Kingsdown mattress from this location. The buying and delivery process was great. But after 2 years, my mattress has sunken in on many sides, has deep sagging in the entire middle of the mattress, and has become warped to the point where it is VERY uncomfortable to sleep on and causes extreme lower back and hip pain for myself and family members. I have even been going to physical therapy for this. Whenever I go to hotels or other places, I never have any back pain at all. I finally contacted Mattress Warehouse since I THOUGHT I had a 10 year warranty. They sent some mattress reviewer to my house who measured the dips all over the mattress for about 2 minutes total. While he was there - he even stated that "wow, this looks really bad" - BUT - after his report, Mattress Warehouse decided it wasn't BAD enough to warrant a replacement. So, I'm out of luck and stuck with chronic back pain from a faulty warranty that is promised from this location. And a bed that no one can even sleep on without chronic back pain.I will add pictures to this post as well to see the extreme warping issues.

I went shopping for a mattress and stopped in Mattress Warehouse of Brandywine. I was helped by a young lady named Tiffany. I believe she was the manager of the store. I had an amazing experience. She was incredibly well versed on all mattresses in the store and based upon sleeping patterns was able to recommended what options would be best for me. She listened. She educated me. She was very professional and thorough. I was able to make an informed decision. I am so happy with my choice and would recommend that store and person to anyone in the market for a new mattress. Thanks again for a job well done from a satisfied and grateful happy sleeper.
