“I went out today today in search for a mattress thinking I was going to be shopping around multiple places. My first stop (and only) was Mattress Firm and I am so glad I stopped there first. Shamirr did an absolute wonderful job finding me my perfect mattress in my price range. He was so knowledgeable about exactly what I needed and it was truly impressive. I feel like he truly cared what I needed instead of just being the normal “salesman” trying to make a commission. He was so down to earth and great customer service. I will definitely recommend anyone if they are looking for a mattress to stop by this Mattress Firm to get their mattress. I am overall happy with my purchase and cannot wait to try out my new mattress when it comes Tuesday!”

“Great service! They had the records from my last purchase so we could start from today’s equivalent mattress on finding a new one. Delivery was any day I wanted. They gave me a 2 hour delivery window the morning of the delivery and showed up several minutes early. The delivery guys carried the mattress and box spring in one each as they came in and carried out the old ones while I spent a couple minutes with the vacuum. Then they put down the new box spring, added my dust ruffle, and lowered the mattress on top. Total delivery was under 10 minutes!! Also best price in the area.”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. The products themselves are excellent; we bought a chair from here over 16 years ago and it is still in near-perfect condition and incredibly comfortable. It had a minor malfunction a few weeks ago, we called the store, they came out and fixed it within 10 mins, no issues since. We decided to purchase a second chair from here last week, and had an exceptional customer service experience. Eric was extraordinarily kind and patient with my elderly, disabled father and went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and compassionately find a chair that suited his specific needs. Due to the nature of my father's condition, he is even letting us keep the floor model to use for now until the chair we ordered arrives in stock. Would recommend 1,000%.
