My partner and I visited the Mattress Firm on Kirkwood Highway and had the pleasure of working with Nicholas to find the mattress and base that best suited our needs. Nicholas showed us several options for what we were looking for in a mattress and walked us through the benefits of sleeping on an adjustable base. I was skeptical about the adjustable base however, after he demonstrated how easily a quick adjustment in the head and foot of the base elevated my back pain and tension I was sold. After patiently talking us through and allowing us to try various mattresses, we found the one best suited to us and it was well within our budget. The whole process from start to finish with Mattress Firm and Nicholas far exceeded our expectations, and Nicholas really went above and beyond providing top notch customer service. I can confidently say we for sure will be returning to Mattress Firm and this location specifically for any future needs.

Nicholas was very knowledgeable and friendly with me as a customer. He taught me the basics about buying a matress. There are the "F," "M," "P," and the "XF" matress for comfort and styles that meets my personal sleeping goals.
... spring/ memory foam/ hybrids ect.
Then he spoke on the different sizes the mattresses comes in. He said his goal is to make sure I have the matress that will make my sleep memorable first then he focus on the sale that meets my wallet goal if I still want to buy a matress from "Matress Firm." It felt good, finally a sales person who is concerned about his product first then the sale second. ?

Mr. Nicholas was very sociable, and professional. He also made his best efforts to give us the Mattress: Tempur Pedic proadapt Soft in accordance to the credit we were approved for. He explained the process in layman’s terms which was great to understand. The delivery was also exceptional in the openness as well. Me and my husband were very pleased leaving mattress Firm and we will definitely be recommending.

Just bought a new Stearns and Foster mattress from here this week. Nicholas was able to help us find the perfect mattress for us and went the extra mile to find the right pillows and accessories for it. He was attentive while also giving us space while we shopped around. Delivery was only 2 days after purchase and that was a breeze also.

The service by Nick at Mattress Firm was excellent. I also appreciated that the store itself was very clean and organized as opposed to the two other mattress stores nearby. I would shop here again.
