Dr. Eichenbaum and the entire staff on his team were all very friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Eichenbaum took his time to explain my condition, as well as my treatment options. When the time came for surgery, I knew I was in extremely capable hands and had no need to worry. This practice has personal touches and outstanding quality medical care....an impressive combination. I recommend highly!

This doctor has the absolute worst time management. I was scheduled for an appt a month ago. I waited an hour and a half before a member of the admin staff approached me and explained it would be another hour wait. They strongly encouraged me to reschedule my appt and claimed that he does this a often. At my rescheduled appt today, I walked in and checked in and sat down. Another patient walked in 5 minutes later and stated they were seeing Dr. Eichenbaum as well. 10 minutes later, an admin staff member walked up to the patient that arrived after me to tell her Dr. Eichenbaum was running behind. I approached the admin and explained my situation. She stated he was running an hour behind. I ended up walking out. Dr. Eichenbaum does not respect his patients time and I no longer wish him to be my provider. Additionally, when leaving this Google review I noticed he has two accounts with reviews which seemed extremely shady. The other one has perfect reviews and this one the reviews being absolutely terrible about the time management as well. Some of these reviews go as far back as three years ago. I’m a health care provider myself, so I know all about patient and time management. Eichenbaum needs to be a more considerate or possibly, leave a little more space in his scheduling process since he has such a problem seeing his patients on time. Would never request his services again.

My first time surgery on my left hand. I had a great surgeon Dr Eichenbaum who fixed the bad pain in my left hand. My visit today 11/2/22 was great, pain free, back to a normal hand. Thank you Dr Eichenbaum. Appreciate your kindness and care fixing my hand. God Bless

This physician took time to listen to me after my 3 opinion . He fiqured out why I had been in so much pain for over a year , after I had went back to see my original physician who did the 1st surgery. This physician was amazing. His staff are also amazing very good communication skills. I would advise anyone who is looking for a hand specialist to go to see him . Even the surgery sites look amazing.

He has a serious God complex. Two hours late for an appointment as I sat there in agony and dismissed me as if I was unreasonable. Doesn't listen to me when I tell him my symptoms and then asks me if I'm having a specific symptoms which I just explained but it was obvious he was just tuning me out. A year later and no improvement in pain level or range of motion. Waste of time and money to see this doctor who gives impression he'd rather be anywhere but work.

Scheduled appointment times are not respected. Doctor does not apologize for being over an hour, twenty minutes late. Called office twice regarding pain with no return call from doctor. Bedside manner needs improvement...very curt when I tried to ask onequestion related to inaccurate diagnosis and pain/symptoms etc. Doctor made comment regarding patients that require surgery get more attention/time.

He has no sympathy for someone who is in pain. If he can't do surgery he doesn't want to have anything to do with you.
