I call and call and no one ever answers the phone I let it ring for like two or three minutes at 11:15am for a sales associate; try to reach the GM also no answer; finally got a hold of them by email and got my question answered thanks

A ton staff associates but none that want to help... standing around to talk with each other. poor customer service, even with higher management and definitely would not recommend anyone to come here.

WOW! Derek at Magnolia was extremely helpful an knowledgeable in helping my wife and I finding the best LED big screen TV. I would highly recommend talking to Derek prior to any purchase at Best Buy Magnolia.

Ordered a Project Debut Carbon Esprit turntable on 11/25 . Amazon had 10 in stock for two day prime shipping, but I decided to support my local brick and mortar store anyway. It is now 12/15 and not only do I still not have my 600 dollar paid in full up front turntable, but the reps at the store can't even tell me what day it's coming. When I expressed my outrage and desire to cancel the order, their first course of action was to advise me of a 15% restocking fee. After initially dropping over 3 grand on an amp and speakers at magnolia, followed by this experience, I will never be back for any other high end electronic needs. Stick to buying online.
