I have lived here for 2.5 months now and really love it! I feel at home, safe, and very comfortable! My neighbors are really nice! The management is phenomenal! They arrange really fun social get-togethers! If feels like a real community! As a nurse, I so recommend it! Another real plus: They love dogs here! Hope to meet you! :-)

I have been calling this place for over 2 weeks now and they NEVER answer! I was interested in moving in but I had questions, such as parking, is it extra? Is it assigned parking, is it garage parking, street parking etc. I also wanted to book a tour, I currently live 2 hours away in DC and I’m transferring to Delaware for work but I don’t want to make the drive and them not helping me because I don’t have an appointment. If they don’t answer the phone for potential applicants, I can only imagine how their maintenance service is for routine calls/repairs.

I’ve lived here for over a month now, and I have to give Sarah and Tim so much praise. I had a personal issue with my unit, and they explored every option with me until I was satisfied. My issue is completely resolved, and I’m super happy to be living here. Sarah is super responsive and empathetic with any concern I have, and Sarah sees issues through to completion with top tier customer service. Tim is such a welcoming human that goes above and beyond. Outside of the amazing staff, you won’t regret moving here. It’s definitely the smartest and most worthy living option in Wilmington. The amenities, the people, the events… Love. Life. Here.

I want to thank Sarah and Tim so much for their outstanding and thorough efforts to meet my quick turnaround. As soon as I entered the office, they gave me a warm greeting and asked informative questions to determine my needs.
They described the Luxor Wilmington community and provided a great tour. I knew immediately that I felt welcomed and respected. I am looking forward to my perfect new home.
You went above and beyond to assist me.
I am truly looking forward to getting settled to enjoy the amenities and the Riverfront.

Sarah and Tim have made my move seamless and it is a great community to be apart of. The amenities are amazing and the rooms are beautiful with top of the line appliances. I would highly recommend anyone looking not just for a place to live but, a place to be welcomed to check out Luxor!

Just moved in yesterday and this place has been a dream thus far. I’ve moved/rented all around the country and this has been the most pleasant experience. I have been on a crazy short timeline with my relocation to the area in addition to having a small window to relocate due to work travel, and Sarah and Tim were superb in remotely helping me find my new home. They, while tasked with launching this new complex, were super accessible and accommodating in remotely helping me find me new home. It also doesn’t hurt that the property is nothing short of stunning.

We cannot wait until we move into our apartment. Sarah has been incredibly helpful. She has gone out of her way to show us a number of units, twice! We appreciate the constant communication and help!!! Would recommend!!

We absolutely cannot wait to move into our apartment! Tim and Sarah have been transparent about updates and keep an open line of communication. They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire application and approval process. There has not been a question I’ve had about the property that they have not had an answer to. They are the type of leasing agents that you wish every apartment complex would have. November cannot come soon enough!!
