Horrible day at Lowes North Wilmington Delaware. Really sucks when you want to shop there because the other stores in New Castle or the Tappahannock Virginia are so good.Waited over 10 minutes to get someone to come to the register for my online order. Got my quart of paint. Took it home. It was not mixed properly. See the blue tunt on the rim. Its all over the inside. Not done properly, not mixed properly.The store manager is off today. ?

I have been living in North Wilmington for 15 years. The quality of service in this store has dramatically decreased over the years. For example, I was planning to buy the draft stop (Item# 618436) today, and it showed 31 in stock online. However, when I went to the store, I didn't find any at Aisle 46, Bay 21. I asked two associates there, and both said they would have someone come over to help me out, but no one came. Then I talked to the front customer service, and that lady broadcasted twice that a customer needed help at Aisle 46, but again, no one came. After 40 minutes of waiting, I left the store. So disappointed by their service. This wasn't the first time I had this kind of situation in this store.

Went here today looking for brick molding for a storm door. I asked one associate and he said as he was standing there, "I'm busy ". Ok, went to find someone else. Had to ask 4 people and the final lady standing at checkout asked her Manager to direct me and I got a "aahh" to which I replied nevermind, Ill find it myself. Noone wanted to help in anyway at this store. Home Depot from now on for me. What a horrible shopping experience... So disappointed that Im writing this review while still in the parking lot.

This was a complete nightmare trying to buy a dryer on Sale n our Lowe’s card was hacked over $12,000. What a nightmare it was getting it cleared up ! Got the dryer w additional discount !We ll be waiting to shop at that Lowe’s store .

I hate to leave a bad review as I found the items I was looking for. But my check out experience waa a disaster and I think that person needs some more training. 1st I told the advocate o wanted an email receipt. Normally I have a specific credit card and the machine aligns it to my email, but today I didn't have it. So when the prompt on his screen comes up to add the email he cancels it. So I'm like hey I told you I wanted an email and he says we'll the machine doesn't recognize your credit card with an email address. He completely ignored my request and the prompt on his screen to enter it manually. He could care less.Beyond this I am a veteran, I told him this when I got up to the register. I have an account with lowes so he took my phone number and looked at my id (which matched of course). Then he said "well you'll get the discount but your id says your not a veteran" or something like that. I'm like what are you talking about. He then says again youre not a veteran. I'm like yes I am, I then pull out my Pa drivers license and literally spell out where it says veteran for him. And then he is like oh ok.I was furious, how dare this guy say this to me. I have an approved veteran account with lowes.This was a total disgrace. I should never be told I'm not a veteran.This person needs more training in the very least. If I don't get we type of response or something from the store I'll never go back and I would suggest all other veterans shop elsewhere as well.12/30/23 additionI just left the store and was charged $40 for a 1 gallon can of ceiling paint. I made the mistake of asking to color match a ceiling sample and of course he defaults to the top of the line $40 per gallon paint (even though I told him it's just for a ceiling).This store isn't good

Tabitha went above and beyond to provide me a great experience when I was in last night to get some items for a small project and again today when I returned an item I got just incase, and didn't need. Management should be proud to have her on their team. Thank you Tabitha!!

Well equipped store with everything you will need for home improvement, lawn and garden, cleaning, etc. The associates are good once you find one. They paged someone for doors for over 20 minutes, no one ever came. I had to take pictures of what I wanted and go to customer service. That took a while, but we got it done. My order was ready as promised the next morning.

I have for many years bought things for seasonal projects, collected a few return together, and then returned them later without issue.That policy at *Lowe's* has apparently changed.I understand things that expire, but common in-stock items that just go back on the shelf have never been an issue. Maybe I would get store credit if it was a little past the return period, but that was fine. I would spend it anyway.Today, I tried to return a few things and was basically told it was all non returnable as it was just past the 90 days and all but one item I know is still on the shelf in the store.So, now I have an expensive bag of trash that someone else could have bought and used and Lowe's has an unhappy customer that will think twice before coming back. Is that what you wanted?And the big orange store on the other end of the road still does store credit returns. So I know where my first stop will definitely be from now on.Edit: You have to appreciate that their response is "We're not going to change anything but please sit on hold with our customer care so we can beg you to come back."

The lovely lady with braids that runs the paint dept. Is always helpful and professional. Cashiers and customer service get me in and out quickly. Nice clean store.

Purchased a toilet and paid $50 for delivery. LOWES DELIVERED A USED TOILET. I have called several times leaving several messages over weeks for the store manager Joe to call me. Never received a call back. I have talked to customer service and was told that although a USED TOILET WAS DELIVERED, A DELIVERY WAS MADE NON THE LESS SO NO REFUND. Don’t respond by asking me to contact the 800#, useless waste of my time.

Worst shopping experience ever. Started out with no carts in store. Had to go out in parking lot to get one. I could not find 4 of the 7 items I was looking for. Had trouble finding store employee. When I did find someone they were clueless. And to top it all off, no cashier had to ring up my own purchase and bag it myself. Never again.
