Tech should listen to the patient when patient say use butterfly needle no she using what she want regardless how much pain and anxiety to the patient won't go back to this place again tech should listen instead inflicting severe pain cause to patient sad how they just don't care at all about the patient well being or feelings if you smile some kind of compassion for there patient tech I had didn't listen cause the patient pain and anxiety.. wasn't compassion never smile she look misable person dealing with patient she shouldn't work around people thank you have wonderful day..

I had the worst experience of my life at the Limestone Labcorp on Friday, May 3rd. I went in fir routine bloodwork and the receptionist couldn't have been nicer, that's where the niceness ends. Iam 73 years old and have donated blood, and platelets my adult life. I know my veins, and told the Plebotimist, or tried to, she appeared to know my veins better than me. Consequently, she didn't listen to me and missed my vein completely. What's worse she kept trying to hit the vein and hurt me with her maneuvering. Finally she went in sideways and got some blood. The whole day my arm was very sore and when I removed the bandaid, the area was severely black and blue and I had a Hematoma the size of a fifty cent piece. I tried calling Labcorp, but they were closed. I've been trying to call there today, Monday, but no answer. Someone needs to tell that Plebotimist that she needs to listen to the patient, they know their own body and maybe this won't happen to someone else. She was the first room on the right from the waiting room. I did not get her name, nor did she offer it. Needless to say I will never go to Limestone Labcorp again!!!!!

Came here today Saturday which says they are open, but they are closed. Which all labcorps say they are open on Saturdays but called them all once I came to this one and they all closed on Saturdays. They need to update this so someone else doesn't do the same thing.

WEBSITE AND PHONE RECORDING ARE WRONG. I should have read the previous comments before trying to visit on a Saturday. They are not open at all on Saturday.

I’m usually the hardest stick ever but omg shonda was amazing! She literally got a vein on the first try and was done drawing my blood in less than 30 seconds. Thank you shonda!!!

The online number ( automated voice ) said this location was open until 10am on Saturday, and google said 11, and online said it was only open Mon-Fri. I wasted my money on an Uber for it to be open Mon-Fri.

3105 Limestone Road 19808--The website states they are open on Saturdays at 6:30 am , I waited until 7:00 am, left, went back at 8:00 am still not open. Update the website if you are not open. When you call the message states they open at 6:00 AM on Saturdays. All we ask is for accurate information to be posted. There were 10 people waiting when I got there at 6:30 am, so I did not misread the website.

Web says open Saturday mornings, but the building is closed. 10 or more patients in the lot tried to access in the 20 minutes i was there. Please update your website and Google.

I entered and went to the self check in Kiosk. Saw my name on the board and sat down. Then after 20 mins, my name was removed fro the board and people that came after me were getting seen. I went to the desk and short tempered girl with long braids said" You did not sign in" I replied "I did", she tell me to go do it again and said the system was acting up. I told I am not willing to go at the end of the line and she asked for my paperwork. This happened again with another patient. In the hour I was there, she told a lady to go to her car and get mask but offered another guy one when he did not have one. Told a person with an appointment to fax the order to her from her phone as they could not take the PDF. The patient tried to email it to her and told her "We don't take emails." Told two sets of elderly patients " Nobody called your name, so sit down." She also told another elderly patient "Look up your own doctors office number I don't have it." The rudeness and disrespect inhis office was jaw dropping. Not to mention I got no apology for being missed in line. Never again. Whatever you are paying her is way too much. She needs a job that does not deal with the public.

My daughter has cerebral palsy and we normally get our blood work done at the children’s hospital. They were backed up and I couldn’t get an appointment for five days. We needed her results faster so, reluctantly, I took her to LabCorp. Dawn did such a fantastic job with her. Patient, kind, good communicator. She used my daughter’s dad and I to help with the process. My child is a difficult stick (to put it mildly) and Dawn was persistent but gentle as she knew we needed the tests done asap.
