Came here from Pennsville because I heard Pennsville was a nightmare. Here, they just forget who you are even with an appointment and being on top of the list. Lab Corp, you’re definitely NOT getting a 10.

Had an appointment for a blood drawl at 10:30 the other day, by 12:30, I still wasn’t seen so I left.
There was an old man alone telling the front desk he was there since 9:00 and he had to fast for his appointment and hadn’t been seen for 3 hours. They didn’t seem to care / answer him. I get being busy or short staffed but that is ridiculous! Need better costumer service at the front desk.

Twice now I have gone on a saturday morning I was told that there were too many patients and I could not get blood work done. I once went on a weekday and they're supposed to be open till 1:30. I was there at 1 o'clock and they were closing up.
Not only that, but they're always slow. They don't seem to have any urgency in doing their job.

My wife was there this morning for some lab tests, and experienced very rude service that appeared to be misinformed.
Her Dr told her for a specific test, she could eat a small, high protein, low carb breakfast and do the test just fine. The nurses in the facility erupted in agreement that she would surely fail said test because she had eaten. My wife affirmed that she was just doing what her Dr told her to do, and one began to explain what the test was. Wife said that she was aware of how the test works, and that got a rise out of the unnerved nurse. When they presented my wife with the liquid to drink for said test, she was about to go drink it but had turned to face the waiting area, and the nurse said “You have to drink that in front of me” before adding under her breath that “I thought you knew how this worked”.
I understand the office was busy, but that’s no way to speak to anyone in a medical setting.

I am a hard stick and have been since i was a child, and every other place I go to they choose to never listen as to what works for me. When I walk out I am all bruised up on both arms. I read the reviews on this labcorp and decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. From check in to getting my blood drawn these ladies were amazing! They listened and make you feel like you matter. You can tell they are a team here and thats what makes a great experience for a patient. Miss Gigi and Miss Jasmine and the check in lady ( i am so sorry i forgot your name)were phenomenal! I found my new labcorp for life ! Thank you ladies so much for making this a great experience for me!
