Came quickly…..but Charged me $80 to look at my car said the part would be in the next day then said the parts place messed the order up next day his car broke down next day we set up an appointment but I decided to go to my real mechanic and forget the $80 maybe he is good with little things but I’ll never know

My Jeep wouldn’t start and stuck in a parking garage under my hotel. Matt quickly diagnosed my problem and ordered the appropriate parts and returned to get me going again. His prices were VERY fair and his service was Awesome. Much cheaper than towing it to a repair shop!

I’ve used Matthew as a mechanic twice now. I called him back most recently because I thought he was an honest mechanic…key word: thought. I needed my rear brakes replaced and after a logistics issue with the parts (not his fault) he finished the job, or so I thought. He didn’t bleed the air out of the brake lines properly and for the last two weeks has been ignoring my texts and calls and days later will say “sorry for the delay I can come tomorrow!” and then won’t show and will ghost me again. I’ve already paid for parts and labor and even offered to pay more money to cover his gas & toll costs to come back. I have small children and I’m left with an unsafe vehicle because he won’t come back to finish the job. Now I’m forced to shell out even more money to have another shop do what Matthew Merchant won’t. Buyer beware!Service: Brakes

Matthew showed up when promised. Worked on my Mercedes in very cold weather and replaced my starter and got me back on the road. He's now my go to mechanic. I'd highly recommend him if your car breaks down.
