Bought our 2020 Kia optima in cherry hill NJ KIA. That was a terrible experience. We now have or kia serviced at wilmington KIA. They have been great!!! Austin in the service department is super helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime time they listen to me complain about our Kia optima and they always do there best to work with us.
I highly recommend wilmington Delaware Kia over any other Kia dealership!

Had my 2017 Kia Sorento in for a charging warning light. They ran the diagnostics and said the alternator was bad. Quote $1700 to replace. Paid the $225 diags fee and took vehicle to another shop, found loose, corroded battery cable ground. $50 fix. Alternator was fine and the warning lights are off. Why wasn't the battery cables checked when I had the vehicle in for the 90,000 $500 KIA service? I would seriously recommend using another dealer service shop or find a good independent mechanic.

I request you never ever to go to this dealer. I have never seen anyone in US treat you based on your race and if you want to experience how that will be go to this showroom. Most rude, worst and I can’t find more words to describe the worst worst feeling I have experienced in this showroom.

I brought my 2019 Kia Forte to Kia of Wilmington on 5/20/2024. The airbag sensor light is on. I am extremely concerned that I could be in an accident and my airbag would not deploy. I never take my car to the dealership for repairs because I believe that they are dishonest, and I have an awesome local mechanic that I normally use. I was told that for this issue, I would have to bring my car to the delaler. I was told upfront that it would be $225 for the "tech" to run a diagnostic test to determine the issue and tell me what the problem was. I took a day off from work. After 7 hours, I had to call to find out what was taking so long. Jim finally called me back to say that I needed a battery, and that was what was causing my airbag sensor light to come on. The battery would cost $345. I also needed brake pads, rotors, and an air cabinet filter. All of this would cost $2,000, including the diagnostic fee. I said no, thank you, because I could get a battery for much cheaper as well as the other work if needed. Jim said that I would be getting a warranty with the battery from Kia. I also get a warranty with a battery from Autozone. I went to pick up my car. I had a new battery placed in it, and my airbag sensor light is still on! I believe they spent 10 minutes on my car, took advantage of my perceived ignorance because I am a woman, and my issue is still not resolved. I gave a poor review and still have not received a call back. Never again. Update: I may have gotten the name mixed up, but the service was awful. I will never visit this dealership again.

I purchased a pluton blue 2024 Seltos a week ago from Kia Wilmington. It was easy, seamless, and an overall very enjoyable experience. The dealership was clean, there was a good amount of inventory, and the staff were wonderful. Our salesperson, Stacey, was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car. He didn’t pressure me and treated me with respect and dignity. The car itself is fantastic and no issues . The color is perfect. I financed through my credit union and they waived the fee for using other financing. The price was fair and there were no hidden fees at closing. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and Stacey Brokenbough in particular, for all future car buying needs! I’ve never owned a Kia and I don’t think it’ll be my last !

Ralph is an Excellent salesman!! My daughter has Autism and was getting upset because she was hungry. He went out of his way and got her McDonald's. He went above and beyond!! So thoughtful of him!!! These folks are legit and honest. They emailed me an offer on a new carnival and my trade-in. They held true to their word for weeks while we waited for the car to get it. They did ZERO mark-up like the rest of the Kia dealers are doing. You gotta buy from these guys. Ralph is your man. And Angie (online sales) is great. They are a great team. I’ll recommend my friends and family to come here.

Whole process with the Kia of Wilmington team was incredibly positive. Recently bought a Kia Sportage. Jamie from the sales team answered all my questions clearly to make sure i was able to find the best fit for myself. Highly recommend using them for your next car purchases.
