This shop is the pinnacle of professionalism. Two man shop with a professional woman at the desk. Work is done in a timely matter as scheduled. A lot going on so be advised there may be delays, but the work will be done no matter what. Even oil changes might take a while because of all the customers that come in. All in all, awesome people, awesome reviews, and awesome mechanics that know what there doing. Had my 06 GMC Yukon there twice for rear brakes and a differential leak and all fixed. Had a little delay with getting parts but it was understandable, that's with any shop. 5 stars to those people that work there. Highly recommend

I just had an emergency on Monday. Called Triple AAA and went to the process of explaining my problem and was set up with Joe Shilling Auto. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff is great. Connor, the owner was so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. I knew that I had a long wait ahead of me, but I was grateful for there help. They fit me in between their obviously busy day. This company is phenomenal and it's obvious that they appreciate any customer that steps into their office. I am very happy that they partner with AAA. Let me also mention, Kelly the receptionist who is amazing. She is so kind and even let me know what eateries were in the area in case I got hungry. She is a beautiful person and hats off to her for being there to help her son in his business endeavor. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that I know who may need your services. What started out as a trying work day morning, thanks to these caring people that I met, my fears were laid to rest and I was totally satisfied with them from beginning to end. Your work speaks for itself and your staff is the icing on the cake. Have a wonderful day. Bless you all.

Joe Shillings went above and beyond to address an apparent emergent situation when several, local dealerships would not budge to help an out of state driver. Shillings spent time and extensive effort to assess a potential problem the day before I was to drive 8 hours to my home State. They were patient, answered many questions, and clearly explained the results of their assessment, thus putting me at ease. And, not charging a penny. Thank you for your help, expertise, and exemplary work ethic.

If you need anything with your car, this is the place to go. Especially if you are someone like me who knows nothing about cars except how to drive them. You can absolutely trust that what they say your car needs, it needs. There's no b******* and ridiculousness that as a woman I have experienced at other car repair shops. And then, with your approval on the estimate, they will do the work on your car with an excellent quality of service.
It's a family-owned business. And this family happens to be phenomenal with their expertise combined with their compassion, kindness and empathy. What a powerful combo for those of us who use their services. And by the way, very reasonably priced.
The first time I used them, I mentioned that I'm a breast cancer survivor. I went home with a free t-shirt they had spent their own money make to raise dollars for breast cancer. The other day my one of my tires was extremely low. Of course I don't know how to fill it. But I needed to be on the road for a 45-minute drive back and forth. I brought it to them without an appointment so just fill it. Can you just fill it. And yes, they did immediately. And then they offered me some very compassionate words about my situation. I am so grateful to them and really lucky they are in my neighborhood.

I was about an hour away from home, driving to DE for work when I got a flat tire. I had to call AAA to get my car towed. This autoshop was the closest one. That turned out to be very fortunate for me. I needed to get back on the road to finish some work and then get home. Connor was the one that helped me and was very understanding of that fact. He took care of the tire in about 10-15 minutes. There was no upcharge, no kind of unfair pricing for someone who needed a quick fix. They were very fair with the cost of their help. This all happened towards the end of the day around 4 PM. They could've easily said, "We're booked. You'll need to come back tomorrow". But they were gracious about my situation. They're honest, hard working people. I can't offer any higher compliment than that.

Joe Schilling Automotive I would avoid. Not a good place to have your family vehicle repaired. Stranded it will leave you, and the same can be said about the service. No help given when our van died out of town on holiday due to a shoddy repair from this repair facility. If no stars could be given, I would.

New owners are absolute angels! My car would not pass inspection and started running funky. Dropped it off and was given a call within hours with with full transparency. I appreciate Brian, Kelly and Conner for all their patience and help. Just because ownership changed does not mean the service changed!

I had two nails go through a tire on my work vehicle. When other shops were all booked solid, Joe Shilling Auto had me back on the road at a fair price, and fast enough for me to still serve that day's customers. Absolutely saved the day.

Joe Shilling does not own this business anymore. That is too bad because he and his family were wonderful. As someone else said the people running it now seem to be very inexperienced. I stopped taking my cars to them after multiple issues with the service and the excuses that went with it. I have found out that I am not alone after going to another local shop who has gotten my business. It is unfortunate to see a local business that has been around for so long go downhill so fast. Nothing lasts forever I guess.

Our car broke down on our way home traveling through Delaware. And after trying two other places beforehand who could not complete the repairs needed. Joe shillings should've been our first choice. Their staff and mechanics went above and beyond to get us back on the road.
