The only thing I wish I was told (not sure if he knew or not) that my phone didn't come with a charger just the cord so I couldn't/can't use my new phone until I get my charger delivered. I hope it was unknown or just an oversight if not it would have been nice to know. Other then that I've always had a good experience here.”

I've been a Verizon customer for 14 years and have seen the full range of customer service, good and bad, but I was extremely pleased with my visit today. I stopped in the store because I had a very technical question on a decade-old plan that I was sure would not be answered over the phone, and was banking on finding a veteran employee in-store whose brain I could pick. Alex was exactly that employee and went above and beyond to get me an answer. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience.”
