My Hyundai was stolen and they damaged my ignition. High Tech fixed my ignition, as well as everything else that was damaged and I must say, that my car feels brand new now.
I love the body work that was done. The paint job looks VERY GOOD!

I used them to touch up stone chips and scratches to make a car we were selling look better. Joel gave a very fair price and they did a good job. They will be the shop I go to for any future body work or paint touch up.

Do not trust them with your vehicle.My insurance sent me to them after my brand new tonic yellow 2019 Honda Civic (less than 20k miles) was hit on the rear quarter/bumper while parked.About a week later, they let me know it was ready. I come to pick it up, and the repair job looks awful.The new bumper they put on is noticeably jutting out from the rear quarter panel. The body lines are FAR from lining up. Gaps in the trunk are uneven across the entire repair.It was so bad, everyone who saw the car after that noticed the repair job and could easily tell the car had been in an accident.In the end, I had to go back to my insurance company to have $2,000 more worth of repairs done at a different body shop to fix what this awful body shop had done.Bottom line: do not trust them with your car.Service: Body & Trim

With any business, transparency is most crutial. This place definitely falls short on it. They charged more than the quote stated by the insurance company without ANY explanation on the day of pick up. However, the owner to personally reached out to resolve the matter. This business lacks transparency significantly. I stopped by to show the damage of my car in person so they can submit the repair estimate to my insurance company. A few days later, I made sure they get a copy of the document of the repair cost my insurance company sent to me as I was dropping off the care to be repaired. On the day of pick up, they charged more than the original repair cost without explanation prior to the pick up day. I used other repair shops before, but I never had to pay more than the cost my insurance company stated.

I wish I could've written this review without giving the them any star. Biggest mistake I ever made was letting allstate insurance talked me into having Hi-Tech auto body repair my car after my neighbor slammed into it.
1. They cracked my transmission mount while replacing the axle, two weeks after getting my car back from them, my transmission seized up, and had to be replaced. Additionally, the bumper, keeps popping out of place and one of the light fixture is missing.
Please STAY AWAY from this place!!
They're liars, now they're claiming that they didn't change the axle on my car, but in 2021 they claimed that they changed the axle and the steering column. It looks like I'm going to have to take them to court to get my car fixed correctly.

Had a nasty set of scratches on the front of my new EV. One shop quoted me an astronomical amount, based on the complication of associated electronics (cruise control, safety sensors, etc). Looked around, found Joel, who did the work for 70% less (... your price may vary ...). The job is beautiful, cannot see the work at all. Price came in exactly as estimated. Repair done on time with no complications or surprises. Recommend this business without hesitation.
