Went in with my fiancé to just get sized for rings, and ended up purchasing our wedding rings that day! John was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and made the whole process enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Harris Jewelers!

John has been a great asset to me and my family over the years. We never hesitate to recommend Harris Jewelers to friends looking for an honest jeweler. John has sold me & my extended family members a combination of engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond earrings, anniversary & holiday gifts, etc. I appreciate that he always remembers me when I enter his store. His prices and quality merchandise far exceed the big box retailers at the mall. So glad that this community has a shopkeeper like John at Harris Jewelers!

Among other things, the company has been ordered to stop collecting millions of dollars of debt, provide refunds for purchased protection plans and refunds for overpayments, and once its obligations under the order are met, complete its shutdown of operations and dissolve pursuant to state laws. -- FTC (July 2022)

My husband and I came here to shop for our engagement rings. John is so nice and we felt very comfortable in the shop. He worked with us to find rings that fit our style and spent plenty of time with us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and we left the shop really pleased with our rings. We were also really happy with the engravings. I would recommend Harris jewelers to my family and friends.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, BY FAR THE RUDEST STAFF I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! I simply called to ask about a getting a ring sizing and the woman was so short and rude, telling me all the things they don't do instead of telling me the services they do. Then she said "Goodbye" in the middle of me talking and hung up. When you go to a jeweler you are usually spending a lot of money and you deserve good service. I can say that this place is NOT good service. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

For Watch repair: very helpful and knowledgeable., Fixed my watch band which happened to have a proprietary pin system which needed out of the box thinking... and didn't even charge me.

Not happy with this place . Took my wedding band in there 3 times to have it sized , two times they got the size wrong the third time when I got it back it was not round it was bent . Who ever does their work should be fired . We called Mr . Cohen and that was a total waste of time he set up a meeting 3 times and cancelled 3 times . I will NEVER do any business with them again !

Came here for four watch battery replacements and they took my watches and started right away! They weren't too busy so they had all three people in the store work at the same time and I was out in less then 10 min! The service is fast, efficient and friendly. Best part is the cost is worth it! $12 for regular battery and$15 for lithium batteries. Also since I had four watches if you bring in 4 or more the cost is $10 per watch! I initially went to fast fix jeweler in the Christians mall and the gentlemen couldn't quote me unless he saw the watches and then said $30 per watch or more if I wanted to sign up for a battery plan. I left and called Harris jewelers and they told me over the phone the cost and I was pleasantly surprised by the discount on my arrival!
