“These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. “Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”
“Moved to the area about 4 years ago and bought many things - anywhere from paint, to downspout extenders, rope, river rock, you name it. I love this store. I agree with one review in that their prices are a little higher than the Depot or Lowe's, but it's worth the convenience and the "small town" feel that you get shopping here. The younger "kids" who work there aren't as engaging, but they're usually working the register.”
“Went there to buy two things and stupidly left one of the things on the counter after I paid and didn’t realize as I didn’t need the item right away. The woman at the register tracked me down a week later and called me and I was able to go pick it up. So appreciative of the lengths she went to find me!!! A++++ service!”

He walked me to the correct aisle to find what I need and even gave me a vendor from his contacts in his phone to help mount my TV on the wall. “I’m from the area but unfortunately have never been into this Ace Hardware. I usually go to the West Chester one. So today was my first time stopping in. This is undoubtedly the nicest Ace hardware I’ve ever been to. Though it was busy since it was a Saturday the staff was still super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and super organized, I loved it. Everything was super easy to find. I would gladly go here vs Home Depot any day. I’ll certainly be going back. Also loved their Concealed Carriers allowed on premise sticker on the door. That was the icing on the cake. 100% will be back. Also, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others.
