Hair was butchered! You ask them a simple basic haircut and they butcher it . The length was shortened drastically . Asked for a side bang and got absolutely nothing. Do ya’ll hire people who are actually skilled and trained hairstylists or do ya’ll hire inexperienced staff who work on people’s hair for the first time ? Aweful even for the affordable price. Ya’ll need to find a job you can actually cater to . Never visiting neither recommending Great Clips , Kirkwood Highway , Delaware to anyone. The current staff needs to be fired! Bring back the previous Manager and skillful trained staff of the location. Else , you will continue to lose customers.
Requested style: Basic U cut with side bang.

Horrible! Would not cut my son’s hair because he is an individual with autism who is the sweetest little man in the world. Completely rude. The male hairdresser should be fired. They violated every aspect of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

I went mid afternoon and there was no wait, yet they were busy. The staff was very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Clean area and price was good .

No star deserved. Worst haircut I have got. In and out in 3 min for $20 haircut, really?? She started off complaining about how slow the business was the whole day and got busy out of a sudden, so she had to race to get as many clients as possible. She basically shaved my hair off using the contour of my skull… Very sad and disappointed in my hair right now, horrendous looking…Avoid this place if you don't have a go to Barber!!!

Asked to get my hair trimmed. Lady cut off wayy more than I wanted because she “liked this length”. Her exact words were “I like this length” and she chopped. Never asked if I was ok with the length. I was very upset after.

Always satisfied with the prompt, c courteous service. The prices are competitive. I also like the fact that I know the approximate wait time before I leave home. The location is convenient an there is always ample parking.
