One of the best experiences at an urgent care facility. My deepest thanks to the caring staff of providers. A shout out to Kelsey, Shelley, Patti and Melissa M. You made me feel seen as a person not just a patient.

I’ve been going here for years and service at Go-care has only gotten even better. The longest I’ve waited has been about 20 minutes (always feels longer when you’re sick). What impressed me the most this time was the high level of professionalism, the caring and kindness all the staff showed. Also, the facility was very clean. I give them an A+.

There’s better options out there. Doctors were fast, but the charges are outrageous. Teladoc or a hospital are cheaper. Over $200 for flu and Covid test is insane. The Dr. didn’t even check me out. Room a swab and called 5 days later.

I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone that needs SIMPLE medical treatment. Antibiotics, light injuries, and the like. Some dumb lifestyle choices have caused me to have to go there a few times and they've never been disrespectful or judgmental for it. They meet me on my level and have tried to involve me in their treatment plans for me. When I've needed a note for work they've been happy to comply, even allowing for an extra day or 2 of rest when I told them I was struggling with exhaustion and burnout. They remember my name and face and have even expressed concern for mental health telling me not to be afraid to call if I need anything or even if I just needed to talk! Very sweet people overall. PLEASE try to remember that these are people too that work a potentially difficult and stressful job, and that we all have bad days sometimes. If things don't seem to be unfolding the way you had hoped, see if you can start again to find out what it is that you need and what Silverside Go Care can do to help get you on the way to that goal. ??

I went to Silverside go care on Tuesday of this week. By the time I got to the window to check in, I was struggling to breathe. The person at the window notice right away. Kelsey, the nurse on duty came right out to me. I was terribly short of breath. I was So scared and panicky because I was having such a horrible time breathing and Kelsey came right out, took me back acted quickly, and effectively, Got the doctor right into see me. The doctor was Dr. McDermott, and she was just as amazing as Kelsey! They acted immediately, checked my oxygen then put me right on oxygen and got me the x-ray they needed to figure out why I was having such a terrible time breathing. They had an ambulance on the way, and they were both amazingly, comforting, compassionate and responded so quickly. I am so thankful they were on duty when I came in there! They had the ambulance take me from here to the Hospital where I am still currently recovering today’s Friday they’re looking at possibly keeping me through the weekend! So this is the place I needed to be! What an amazing team you have at Silverside Medical Center!! Thank you, Kelsey And Dr.DebbieMcDermott!!!

I showed up there about 20 to 25 minutes after I had a very disturbing car accident. I hit my chest on the steering wheel I knew it wasn’t broken. I didn’t need the emergency room. I just needed a doctor to do all the regular tests to see if anything else had happened during the car accident. Needless to say, my adrenaline was at an all-time high, and I was scared. I couldn’t drive myself there. When I got there I realized my identification was in my car. My daughter’s boyfriend came to accident scene and got me. He dropped me off at this urgent care. After he left to go back to work I realized I was so shaken I threw everything in a bag in my car after giving the police officer my registration and insurance and license, and I was so shaken, and I just threw it in a bag that I had in the car and went with my daughters boyfriend. I went into the urgent care with very bad pains on my chest, where the steering wheel hit it although not the kind you would get if you actually broke your sternum. Even though I’ve been there many times before through the years they said oh well, we can’t look at you unless you have your ID and I pulled out my car insurance and other Credit cards everything, just match them up I said with my info I’ve been here before . I was upset, adrenaline pumping I may have raised my voice, but I certainly didn’t scream or yell, but I was upset and angry my daughter’s boyfriend eventually well actually in short order, turned around and dug around in my bags that I left in his car when he dropped me off and brought me my drivers license that I had thrown in there. I was clearly scared and upset and frightened, and because I raised my voice a little bit the doctor at the urgent care came out and gave me a lecture about being nice to her front desk people and I told her I’m not upset with them I just I need you to understand I’m hurt and I need help and then she said go to the emergency room as if that’s like something I can just do like it’s not gonna cost me thousands of dollars to call some ambulance when I know I don’t need that level of care ! Then she said I will not see you. She refused to give me care, and I reminded her or I asked her did you take the Hippocratic oath? You’re a doctor didn’t you take that or not. You’re doing harm right now. Then my daughter was finally out of work and she could come to pick me up and take me to another urgent care which was really amazing and they were so good and so kind and so empathetic and took care of me. Don’t ever go to this place go to the one on Concord Pike a different company runs it and believe you me they are better all the way around from front desk to back with the doctors, nurses and aides.

No sympathy or compassion for patients, they will tell you same information Google will tell you. Lady at the front desk wants to talk over you, been going here since a child place has become a joke over the years! With all the virtual and portal results I feel bad for the older people who aren’t inclined with the modern technology.

Had grandson who had cough for over a week in moms care. I took him to go care, silverside rd. Lady at front desk was nice enough. Said he might have ear infection and that his head itches. Head lice? She immediately said we don't treat that (head lice). I proceeded to tell her, I didn't see anything. I was temporary guardian and after (had insurance card and temp guardianship on phone). No paperwork I had was good enough. After hearing the 2 woman talk about it not their job to go through the paperwork and after showing paperwork for the 3rd time coming back. It was not good enough. Never told options of were I could take him nothing. Rude towards end, they could care less. Never go back to a Go Care. No compassion, no for grandson or me!
