Worst customer service I've ever experienced. When they lose your shipments they easily say we didn't receive it. It happened 5 times to me and they never showed a sense of responsibility. Sometimes it took 5 months to find my package in their store. There are many better companies that are more organized and responsibile.

THEY LOSE PACKAGES!!WORST shipping company you can you.I had an item shipped with Amazon to them and they lost it and blamed Amazon for it, they won't help me at all with it and ended up losing 250 dollars, they used to be a good economical option but not anymore, if they *occasionally* lose packages, then they are a gambling company.DO NOT RISK IT
