So while waiting at your deli the counter person spent all her time filling orders from your kiosk! I watched 3 people leave and she never bothered to acknowledge people waiting in line! My friend had to walk all the way to the service desk to see if we could get help! Point being even if you’re alone ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER! I also asked for liver and instead of the store clerk assisting in a polite manner a got a heavy sigh and it’s all frozen with an attitude! You don’t know when I’m preparing it so please just show me where it is! Customer service is key!

I used to like this Giant. I used the 20 items or less self checkout on 5/28 around 5:00 pm. After I was done the girl working the self checkout accuse me of being over 20 items. I kindly walked away but looked at receipt and I had 20 items exactly. Your employee was rude making an assumption. Giant you need to do a better job. It honestly really upset me. I’ve worked in retail in grocery stores before I would never treat/accuse a customer like the way I was treated.

Really just done with this place. Their meat department is atrocious. I got sick once eating chicken from here. Steaks that were horribly oxidized and obviously packaged in a way to hide it. This has happened to me 3 separate times. The freeze/use by dates are also very short. Employees still smoke in front of the store entrance.

Wait a minute at the deli for twenty minutes, While the girl in front of me processed order after order... I was told orders are processed in the order In which they come in. If my problem with this is no one was taking my order.While outside orders continue to flood in from the internet. Should be one person to process online orders and one person to help customers that are there in person in my opinion.

Just moved here from Chicago . Stopped shopping here. I got strip steaks that looked like they had turned days ago, a rotisserie chicken that had turned. Broccoli that I bought on several occasions was gritty. Even bought a Snickers bar that was stale. I related my experience so far to a manager. He started his response with "I don't know what to tell you". They don't care. There are a lot of other places to shop.

Store is very clean and organized. Good sales. Customer service is excellent. My first interaction was at the deli and I was already sold on using Giant as my primary. Sara was AWESOME!!! Patience and personality go a long way!!!!

under cooked rotisserie chickens. have tried these a few times. no spices or flavor, undercooked...almost slimy.... on the toilet after eating these. wont be back. you better cook your chickens better.

This is my favorite Giant, they have many vegetarian and vegan options. The fruits and vegetables are pretty fresh, seafood is average. Of course the prices are ridiculous here and everywhere!

Great store but don’t let them shop for you all the orders pickers are 300 plus and when they get done walking down one aisle they quit and mark the rest of your order out of stock…..EVERY TIME!!
