Gerald Penrose has been great, always available when I need to speak with him. The only issue is insurance is way too expensive, we shall see when time for renewal if my insurance will drop considering I have 2 cars and home bundled.

I signed up with Gerald Penrose several years ago. Then I got a mortgage from State Farm which required me to buy insurance from them. I was sorry to leave Allstate. A few years later, SF sold my mortgage and I went right back to Gerald Penrose, where I expect to remain. Thank you, Allstate and Gerry Penrose.

Easy to get an appointment. Down to earth people who understand everyday life and what life throws at an individual. This insurance company seriously has my best interest at heart. It was about my needs and what would work best for me. During the process of getting set up they explained everything on every crazy question I ( ding bat) had. Even today, If I have a question I can send an email only to get a quick response during the week or first thing Monday; maybe Tuesday if a vacation or holiday? I can call too. I haven’t had to wait forever in hold, like my old insurance company. On top of that I get the app which is a bit easier to use than my old company’s. After I think 6 months my rate went down; I would say I scored big switch to this guy’s place.

I am very happy with this payment milage plan. I work from home. I am older and don't go anywhere so this is a great way to save!!

Gerry is great! Had a little fender bender and the process with Gerry and Allstate couldn’t have went smoother. Picked my shop and dropped it off with a rental already set up. Stay with Allstate!

Extremely satisfied with the customer service moving my multi policy insurance from Florida to Delaware. I've been insured by Allstate as long as I can remember. Jerry was very helpful explaining my options being new to Delaware.
